(b) Industrial application field This invention relates to door curtain sheets used for door curtains, room partitions, etc. installed at the entrances and exits of factories, warehouses, workshops, homes, etc. (b) Conventional technology In addition to opening/closing doors at the entrances and exits of buildings such as factories and warehouses, door curtains are installed from above for the purpose of insulation, windproofing, soundproofing, dustproofing, and insectproofing between the inside and outside of the building when the door is opened. Often installed vertically. The sheet used for door curtains is 200 to 400 mm made of transparent and flexible soft synthetic resin, especially polyvinyl chloride resin.
A belt-shaped sheet with a width of about 2 to 4 mm and smooth surfaces on both sides is common. Cut this sheet to the appropriate length to match the height of the entrance of the building, fix the top edge, leave the bottom free and alternately overlap 1/2 to 1/4 of the width to use as a door curtain for the entrance. Install vertically. However, since the sheet material is flexible and has a smooth surface, the overlapping portions tend to be sticky due to surface adhesion. Therefore, in recent years, a band-shaped sheet has been proposed in which protrusions are provided in the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped sheet to prevent it from sticking. (G) Problems to be solved by this invention The structure of the door curtain is to cut each band-shaped sheet to an appropriate length according to the height of the entrance/exit of the building, and then cut the sheet to 1/2 and 1/2 to the width of the adjacent sheet. 1/3 or 1/4 pieces were overlapped alternately, and the upper edge was fixed and the lower part was left free to hang vertically over the entrance. and,
Generally, the fixing method is to sandwich the top edge of the strip sheet between two long plate-shaped hanging metal fittings, and then use two bolts to secure the sheet.
It was fixed by tightening the hanging metal fittings. However, in the case of a band-shaped sheet with continuous protrusions in the longitudinal direction of the sheet, there are protrusions everywhere in the longitudinal direction of the sheet, so the top edge of each cut sheet also does not protrude from the inner surface of the hanging bracket. It touches the strip and is not fixed due to surface contact. Therefore, there was a problem in that the suspension support of the belt-shaped sheet was concentrated on the bolt portion, and the suspension strength was reduced. Further, since the belt-shaped sheet has a protrusion, there is a problem in that the selection of bolt attachment positions is limited. (d) Means for solving the problem This invention is based on a belt-like sheet that is transparent, flexible, and has a surface with a plurality of protrusions extending in the longitudinal direction, and is made by forming a sheet at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction. The above-mentioned problems are solved by proposing a door curtain sheet characterized in that both sides are provided with smooth surface portions for attaching hanging fittings along the entire width direction of each door curtain sheet. (E) Function The belt-shaped sheet has protrusions extending in the longitudinal direction of the sheet, and smooth surface portions extending across the entire width at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction. By cutting, at least the upper end portion of the door curtain can be configured as a smooth portion. Therefore, the inner surface of the hanging fitting and the smooth surface of the sheet can be fixed while making surface contact with each other, so that the hanging strength is strong. (f) Examples This invention will be explained based on the drawings of examples. The door curtain sheet is made of transparent and flexible soft synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin (polypropylene resin), and has a width of 200 mm to 400 mm and a width of 2 to 5 mm.
This is a belt-shaped sheet 1 of about thickness. The band-shaped sheet 1 is
A plurality of protrusions 2 are provided parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of one side of the sheet, projecting at intervals, and smooth surface portions 3 for attaching hanging fittings are provided at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction over the entire width direction. In the case where the protrusions 2 are provided on both sides, smooth surface portions 3 for attaching hanging fittings are similarly provided on both sides. Smooth surface part 3 for attaching hanging metal fittings
The width in the longitudinal direction may be wider than the width of the hanging fitting 4 (4 to 5 cm). The fixed interval (length of the protrusion 2) provided in the longitudinal direction of the smooth surface part 3 for attaching the hanging fittings is usually about 40 to 80 cm to accommodate the heights of entrances and exits of various buildings. is preferable, but it may be longer than this. However, it is undesirable if the length is longer than the height of the entrance of a building such as a general factory or warehouse, and the length must be as short as possible than the height of the entrance. Projection 2 has a height (H) of 0.6 to 3.0 mm and a width (W) of 0.5
~3.0mm is fine, but the height is 1.5~2.0mm,
A width of 1.5-2.0mm is better. The cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 2 may be polygonal, such as triangular, quadrangular, or trapezoidal, other than the semicircular shape shown in FIG. 2. The parallel spacing (D) between the plurality of protrusions 2 is 20 to 100 mm in the sheet width direction in FIG. As another example, they may be provided at intervals of 20 to 100 mm diagonally with respect to the longitudinal direction of the sheet. When constructing a door curtain using this sheet for door curtains, cut the belt-shaped sheet 1 so that the smooth surface part 3 for attaching the hanging fittings becomes the end, and attach the end to the upper part of the entrance of the building. It is fixed to the hanging bracket 4 that is fixed to the. The fixing method is to sandwich it between two hanging metal fittings 4 in the form of long plates and tighten it with bolts 5 to fix it. The cut individual door curtains 6 are sandwiched with their upper ends brought into surface contact with the inner plane of the hanging fittings 4.
The lower portion is provided with a protrusion 2 of an appropriate length in the longitudinal direction on one or both sides. The table below compares the tensile strength of the sheet of this invention and a band-shaped sheet with continuous longitudinal protrusions attached to hanging fittings.

Furthermore, since there is no protrusion on the hanging metal part of the door curtain, the bolt attachment position can be freely selected, which has the effect of improving secondary processability.
