【考案の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本考案は鉄道等の長尺レール取扱用固定金具に
関するものである。

「従来の技術」 従来、長尺レール取卸装置をレールに接続する
接続金具をレールに固定するためレールに固定金
具を取付けるものであつた。従来の固定金具は本
体にレール頭部挿入溝を有し、同溝の下部対向面
を対向方向に突出させてレール頭部係合部を形成
し、同溝とレール頭部との間にキイ(楔)aをハ
ンマーで打撃挿入して本体をレールに固定するも
のであつた(第5図にその状態を示す)。又、一
対のフレームでレール頭部を左右方向から挟持し
てこの状態で上記一対のフレームをボルトで結合
し、さらにレール頭部の上面にレバー等の操作で
シユー或はキイを圧着させてレール頭部に取付け
るものがある(例えば、実公昭2−3008号公報、
実公昭46−30650号公報等)。しかし前者のもので
は、打撃ミスによるレールの損傷、作業者自身へ
の打身の危険性等があり安全上問題となつてい
る。又キイ抜取作業は深夜の現場作業であり、打
撃者が騒音問題となつている。又、後者のもので
は、その構造が複雑であり装置本体の収納及び取
扱いが不便であると共にレール頭部への取付作業
においても手間を要し面倒であるとの欠点があ
る。

合部を形成し、同溝内部にレール頭押材を該溝に
沿つて上下方向に昇降摺動自在にかつ回動方向に
は固定して配置し、上記本体の上面より該本体下
部方向に上記溝に開口する透孔を穿設し、同透孔
の内部に下向段を形成し、同透孔の上端開口部に
符合する螺孔を上記押材内部に穿設し、同透孔内
に嵌合されたボルトの下部を上記螺孔に螺合し、
同押材の下面に摩擦材を配設し、かつ上記ボルト
に形成したフランジの上面と上記下向段とを対面
させその間にスラストベアリングを介在係合させ
ると共に上記ボルトのボルト頭を上記透孔の上端
開口部に臨ませてなる長尺レール取扱用固定金具
によつて構成される。

1の形状が単純であるため、レールに取付けた状
態で本体1にフツク等を係合させてレールの移動
作業等を行う場合においてもその取扱いに自由度
があり、従来品に較べても機能が低下することは
ない。又本体1の上面に現われたボルト頭14を
スラストベアリング12を介して円滑に正逆回動
させ得て該回動のみで本体1をレール頭部2に固
定し又は分離し得て打撃作業を要しないためレー
ルの損傷がなくかつ作業者にも危険がなく安全に
本体1をレールに着脱し得るばかりでなく騒音が
なく静粛に着脱作業を行い得るものである。
