<Conventional technology> Conventionally, in order to lay lightweight aerated concrete panels (ALC panels) for roofs and floors, H-beam steel was used as beams, and joint reinforcing bars were installed to match the positions between the laid panels. A structure was used in which insertable mounting hardware was attached to the beam by welding.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, welding work is indispensable to attach the mounting hardware to the H-shaped steel beam, and therefore a power source and special technology are required for welding. There is a risk of fire, and if you attach the mounting hardware in advance to avoid such a risk, if the positions of the installed panels do not match the positions of the installed mounting hardware, the welding points of the mounting hardware may be damaged. It required removal and re-welding, which was complicated and costly, and had not been put to practical use.

On the other hand, the upper flange is formed by two angle steel members, the lower flange is also formed by two angle steel members,
In addition, a lattice beam is commonly used, in which a steel material bent in a zigzag shape is sandwiched as a web material and welded between two angle steel members forming the upper flange and between two angle steel members forming the lower flange. Also known as a lattice beam. This lattice beam is lighter than an H-shaped steel beam because the web material is made of steel and there is a gap, but on the other hand, there is a gap in the flange part for sandwiching the web material, so if you use a lattice beam, The mortar poured after laying panels for the floor and roof falls through the gaps between these beams. Therefore, lattice beams were not used as beams when laying concrete panels.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The gist of the roof/floor structure of the present invention is that the upper flange is formed of two angle steel members, the lower flange is also formed of two angle steel members, and the two angle steel members forming the upper flange are A lattice beam constructed by sandwiching and welding a zigzag-shaped steel material between two angle-shaped steel members and two angle-shaped steel members forming a lower flange is used as a beam material, and the upper surface of the lattice beam is Lightweight aerated concrete panels are laid horizontally, and the upper part is placed at the groove position created by sandwiching the web between the two angle steel members of the upper lattice beam and at the position between the laid panels. A mounting hardware having a hook is inserted, the upper part of the groove provided in the upper flange is filled with backup material, a joint reinforcing bar passing through the hook of the mounting hardware is passed between the panels, and a joint reinforcement between the panels is inserted. This roof/floor structure is characterized by having a structure in which mortar joints are formed in all gaps.

<Function> Since the roof/floor structure according to the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, the lattice beam is lighter than the H-shaped steel beam, yet can have a large bending strength, and the span of the beam can be reduced. In particular, since lightweight aerated concrete panels (ALC panels) are used as panels, the panels have the effect of being lightweight and have a small self-weight, and also have the effect of increasing the beam span.

In addition, during the construction process of the roof/floor structure of the present invention, the groove position created by sandwiching the web material between the two angle steel members of the upper lattice beam, and the position between the installed panels. position,
Insert the mounting hardware with the upper hook, pass the joint reinforcing bars passed between the panels through the hooks of the mounting hardware inserted into the lattice beam, and fill all the gaps between the panels with mortar to close the joints. Since the reinforcing bars and the mounting hardware are fixed to the beam, the conventional welding work of welding the mounting hardware to the beam can be completely eliminated.

Furthermore, since the gap created in the upper flange of the lattice beam is filled using mounting hardware and backup material, it is possible to prevent the mortar being poured from falling to the floor below.

A hook part 4 is provided at the upper part at the groove position created by sandwiching the web between the two angle steel members 9, 9 of the upper lattice beam and at a position corresponding to the position between the laid panels 1, 1. Then, a mounting hardware 6 having a hook-shaped bent portion 5 at the lower end is inserted, and then the upper portion of the groove remaining in the upper flange is filled with a back-up material 8 made of synthetic resin or the like.

The joint reinforcing bar 3 is passed through the hook portion 4 of the mounting hardware 6 and passed between the panels 1, 1. At this time, even if the position between the hook part 4 of the mounting hardware 6 and the panels 1 and 1 is misaligned, the mounting hardware 6 is attached to the lattice beam 2.
Since the back-up material 8 is only inserted into the groove of the lattice beam 2, the mounting hardware 6 can be freely slid along the groove of the lattice beam 2 to correct its position.

Further, the fitting 6 has a structure that hangs from the joint reinforcing bar 3, and the hook-shaped bent portion 5 of the fitting 6 catches on the beam 9 to prevent the joint reinforcing bar from lifting up from the panel 1.

The mortar joint 7 fixes the mounting hardware 6 in a predetermined position, and the mortar joint 7 also fixes the joint reinforcing bar 3 to the panel 1. At the same time, the mortar joints 7 connect the panels 1 to each other, and all the panels 1 formed on the lattice beams 2
