In recent years, roofs of large buildings such as stadiums, baseball stadiums, etc., are increasingly being equipped with air-supported roofs covered with architectural tent membranes, as shown in FIG. 1, for example.

The construction tent membrane material used as the roofing material of the above-mentioned air support system must not only have excellent weather resistance that does not change over time, but also requires a certain degree of air permeability and flexibility.

By the way, as a construction tent membrane material used for the above-mentioned purpose, a material in which a fiberglass fabric is impregnated with a fluororesin has been developed.

However, since this fabric is made by impregnating the fabric with fluororesin, the weave of the fabric is clogged with fluororesin and has no air permeability at all, and the portion where the warp and weft of the fabric intersect is filled with fluororesin. It had the disadvantage of being tied together and lacking in flexibility.

Therefore, the object of this invention is to provide a construction tent membrane material that has excellent weather resistance, breathability, and flexibility.

Further, as the core material 2, carbon fiber, polyimide fiber, glass fiber, etc. can be used. In order to impregnate the core material 2 with the fluororesin 3 and fire it, for example, after impregnating the core material 2 with a fluororesin dispersion, the fluororesin is heated and fired at a temperature higher than the melting point of the fluororesin. Bye. The amount of fluororesin impregnated is 7 to 35%, especially 13 to 25%.

The yarn 4 formed as described above is suitable as a construction tent membrane material with a denier of 300 to 3000, and a yarn with a denier of 500 to 2000 is particularly suitable.
Alternatively, it may be made by twisting together several strands of 500 denier or less.

In order to prevent the fabric 5 from shifting, fraying at the edges, etc., the fabric 5 may be further passed through a hot plate press or heated rolls heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the fluororesin.

列挙するような効果を奏する。
As mentioned above, the architectural tent membrane material of this invention is constructed from a fabric made by weaving threads impregnated with fluororesin and fired, and has the following effects: .

脂特有の特性を有する。
(1) Since the fluororesin is baked into the threads that make up the fabric, it has properties unique to fluororesin, such as weather resistance, water repellency, and flame retardancy.

(2) 織物を構成する糸自体に予め弗素樹脂を焼成

(2) Since the threads that make up the fabric are coated with fluororesin in advance, the weave will not be blocked by the fluororesin. Therefore, it has excellent breathability.

また、織物の織目の粗密を調整することによ

Furthermore, the amount of ventilation can be changed by adjusting the density of the weave of the fabric.

(3) 織物を構成する糸自体に予め弗素樹脂を焼成

(3) Since the threads constituting the woven fabric are pre-fired with fluororesin, the warp and weft threads can easily slide against each other, and the woven fabric as a whole is highly flexible. Therefore, when tensioning the tent membrane material of this invention, even if forces are applied to the tent membrane material unevenly in various directions, the weave of the warp and weft yarns will shift to absorb the force. Because it moves, wrinkles do not occur during construction.
