有する部材を含むことを特徴とする装置。(Prior art) Conventionally, the printing film on the printed surface of a prepaid telephone card has been manually erased using a solvent such as thinner, ethyl acetate, or triclane.
Also, although the gist is slightly different from the present invention, it is used as one of the printing methods to erase cards with printing ink attached during the printing process, rather than the printed finished cards. Cleaning of the surface of the blanket cylinder in offset printing is well known. For example, JP-A-55
Publication No. 148164 discloses a device for cleaning a blanket cylinder of a printing press with a cleaning fabric, comprising: a) end frame means positioned close to both ends of the blanket cylinder; b) a cleaning fabric supply roll; a cleaning fabric take-up roll and means for guiding the cleaning fabric from the supply roll to the take-up roll; c means for guiding water to the cleaning fabric; and d means for guiding a solvent other than water to the cleaning fabric. and (e) means for moving said cleaning fabric into contact with a portion of a blanket cylinder, (a) said last means being inflatable to move said cleaning fabric into contact with a blanket cylinder. , a flexible member that can be loosened to remove the cleaning fabric from the blanket cylinder.

When printing a pattern, if the already printed character symbol becomes an obstacle to printing the ordered pattern, it is first necessary to erase this pattern.

It is possible. The blanket cleaning method described above is not suitable for cards, and the above-mentioned problems have not been solved.

ンキ消去機におけるカード乾燥装置である。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically drying cards, particularly to solve the above-mentioned problems. When connected at several points at appropriate pitches and rotatably installed in a container, both a printing ink erasing solution is placed in the container and a volatile material with a lighter specific gravity than the above is placed on the upper surface of the erasing solution. Cards held by the gripping body containing a small amount of surface liquid pass through the erasing liquid to peel off the ink film, and the ink film is erased through a filter through a hole formed at the bottom of the container. In a device in which the surface liquid flows into the surface liquid tank by overflow, the cards are placed between the partitions of an endless belt having a number of partitions facing the end of the chute for discharging the treated cards. This is a card drying device in a printing ink erasing machine for cards, which is characterized by storing cards, drying them by supplying warm air, and stacking them in a collection box.

The other side is printed with advertisements, paintings, and other designs. This printing is done on telephone cards by printing marks printed by NTT and characters such as "Telephone Card 50", and then various designs, or by printing only the above characters and adding a design with annotations on a white background. There are things that are becoming possible.

If this occurs, you will have to erase the card again and regenerate it, otherwise you will incur great damage. Therefore, the present invention is intended to carry out these reproducing means easily, quickly and safely, and not to cause any hindrance to magnetic printing on the back side.

The printing surface of the card usually has a white matte layer, and means to improve the printing effect is provided, but cards printed on this layer (generally UV ink is used) use an erasing liquid (hereinafter referred to as methylene chloride). (When using a white mat layer), the printed film is peeled off in scales and erased along with the white mat layer. However, it is easy to re-form a white matte layer on a card from which the white matte layer has been erased, but it is also possible to print directly on the card base, such as a synthetic resin material such as polyester, or to print a multicolor layer on the white matte. For items that have been subjected to UV light baking treatment during multiple printing, when erasing the printed film, simply passing through the erasing liquid may not be enough. By rubbing with a material such as, the printed film becomes powder and is removed, and the card is regenerated by sufficient erasing. Furthermore, in the case of silk screen printing, the printing ink is dissolved in the erasing liquid, flows into the liquid, and is erased.

In addition, since the card wetted by the liquid can be completely dried and taken out, it can be immediately transferred to the printing process again, and there is no problem such as stickiness of the card.

乾燥装置。1 A gripping body that holds cards, and the gripping body,
By connecting several points of an endless conveyor member at appropriate pitches and rotatably installing it inside the container,
In both cases, a printing ink erasing liquid is contained in the container, and a surface liquid having a lighter specific gravity and less volatility is stored on the upper surface of the erasing liquid, so that the cards held by the gripping body pass through the erasing liquid. In the apparatus in which the ink film is peeled off by the ink film, and the ink film is caused to flow into the erasing liquid tank through a filtration member through a hole formed at the bottom of the container, and the surface liquid is caused to flow into the surface liquid tank by overflowing, the above-mentioned treatment is carried out. The present invention is characterized in that the cards are housed between the partitions of an endless belt having a large number of partitions facing the end of the chute from which the finished cards are discharged, and the cards are dried by supplying temperature and are accumulated in a collection box. A card drying device in a printing ink erasing machine for cards.
