Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 (a) 導体、 (b) 架橋された、10重量%以上のフツ素を含むオ
レフイン系のフツ化炭素ポリマーである第1有
機ポリマー成分を含んで成る溶融成形内絶縁
層、 および (c) 少くとも100℃のガラス転移温度を有する実
質的に線状の芳香族ポリマーである第2有機ポ
リマー成分を含んで成り、内絶縁層に接してお
り、絶縁の最外層である溶融成形外絶縁層 を有して成る絶縁電気物品。 2 オレフイン系フツ化炭素ポリマーが25重量%
以上のフツ素を含む第1項記載の物品。 3 オレフイン系フツ化炭素ポリマーが、少くと
も25重量%のフツ素を含む熱可塑性結晶性ポリマ
ーを少くとも75重量%含んで成る第1項記載の物
品。 4 オレフイン系フツ化炭素ポリマーが、エチレ
ン/テトラフルオロエチレンコポリマー、エチレ
ン/クロロトリフルオロエチレンコポリマーまた
はフツ化ビニリデンポリマーのいずれかから本質
的に成る第1〜3項のいずれかに記載の物品。 5 オレフイン系フツ化炭素ポリマーが、少くと
も250℃の融点をもつ第1〜4項のいずれかに記
載の物品。 6 芳香族ポリマーが、少くとも130℃のガラス
転移温度をもつか、および/または少くとも250
℃の融点をもつ結晶性ポリマーである第1〜5項
のいずれかに記載の物品。 7 芳香族ポリマーが、一般式: −Ar−Q− [式中、Arは多価芳香族基、Qは式:−O−、
−S−、−SO2−、−CO−、−NH・CO−、−COO
−、または【式】を表す。Q基は、好まし くは芳香族炭素原子に直接結合している。] で示される単位を有して成る第1〜6項のいずれ
かに記載の物品。 8 芳香族ポリマーが、一般式: −O−E−O−E′− [式中、Eは2価フエノール残基、E′は原子価
結合に対しオルト位およびパラ位の少なくとも1
つに電子求引基をもつ芳香族残基を表わす。Eと
E′は芳香族炭素原子を介して−O−基と結合して
いる。] で示されるくり返し単位から成る結晶性ポリアリ
ーレンエーテルである第1〜6項のいずれかに記
載の物品。 9 Eが、式: [式中、Rは2価の基、xは0または1、Yは
ハロゲン原子、1〜4個の炭素原子を含むアルキ
ル基または1〜4個の炭素原子を含むアルコキシ
基、yは0または1〜4の整数、Y′はハロゲン
原子、1〜4個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基また
は1〜4個の炭素原子を含むアルコキシ基、zは
0または1〜4の整数を表わす。] で示される基であり、 E′が、式: [式中、R′はスルホン基、カルボニル基、ビ
ニル基、スルホシキド基、アゾ基、飽和フツ化炭
素基、有機ホスフインオキシド基、またはエチリ
