Observe by reading the fractional value below one scale. When using a compass (altitude) scale that allows direct reading of the angle of elevation and angle of depression, a left and right reading scale is provided on the focus plate.
That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the scale of the altitude scale plate 1 is a first scale 11 of 0 to 90 degrees, which is a four-division scale, respectively.
It is composed of a second scale 12 from 90 to 0 degrees, a third scale from 0 to 90 degrees, and a fourth scale 14 from 90 to 0 degrees, and as shown in FIG. 2, the focus plate 2 has a focus plate window that forms the reading field. 2
1 is provided with a bidirectional reading scale 22, and in the illustrated example, both scales are not arranged in a line but are arranged one above the other so that the window 21 does not become wide.

未熟練者にしばしば見られる現象である。 Therefore, in conventional altitude scale reading devices that use such a method, both scales (states) that read in opposite directions appear at the same time, as shown in Figure 3, so it is difficult to read quickly at first glance. Especially when measuring angles in a hurry in the evening, it is easy to make misreadings, a phenomenon that is often seen especially by unskilled people.

ある。(Structure) The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The altitude scale plate 1 has a first scale 1 from 0 to 90°, as shown in Figure 4.
1. A modified compass scale is formed by a second scale 12 from 90 to 0 degrees, a third scale 13 from 0 to 90 degrees, and a fourth scale 14 from 90 to 0 degrees. At this time, the first and third scales are arranged on the outside, and the second and fourth scales are arranged on the inside (the relationship between inside and outside can also be established in reverse). A band 51, a second band 52, a third band 53, and a fourth band 54 are provided. This band, like the scale line, is provided on the dial surface by a mechanical or chemical method, and its arrangement is as shown in the figure so as to perform the following functions. For the same reason, the scale 22 of the reticle 2 is of a left- and right-hand reading type with angle (display) numbers arranged above and below, as shown in FIG. Thus, when a scale reading device consisting of an altitude scale plate 1, a focus plate 2, an imaging lens 3, a prism 4, etc. is constructed as shown in FIG. Arrange the bands as shown in Figure 6. That is, as shown in the figure a, the altitude scales 50 and 51 are 0 to
Of the numbers 60' and 60~0' that appear when projected onto the bidirectional reading scale 22, only the lower digits 0~60 and a part of the scale line are not observed by the band 51. When placed, it is observed as shown in figure b. Similarly, it may appear as shown in FIGS. 7a and 7b.

つ。(Effects) When the present invention is used as explained above, the scale states as shown in Fig. 6b and Fig. 7b are read, so there is no possibility of misreading by unskilled persons as in the conventional method. Since it can be read quickly, it is useful for streamlining angle measurement work by improving observability.
