In order to prevent this insulating material from being bitten, a separator is provided using paper, cloth, plastic film, or the like.

Moreover, the guide pipe used to vertically attach such separators is simply placed on and supported by the stranded conductor, so the guide pipe moves relative to the stranded conductor and the separator tape moves against the stranded conductor. However, since the overlapping direction of the tape's both edges was not consistent and the vertical alignment was not good, some parts did not function as separators.

The present invention is characterized in that a plurality of leaf springs having elastic forces directed toward each other are attached so that their positions in the circumferential direction match.

Thus, on the outer circumferential surface of the guide body 1, a plurality of portions, preferably equally distributed in the circumferential direction at two positions spaced apart in the axial direction, have a resilient force directed outward in the radial direction of the guide body 1. Three or more leaf springs 2 are fixed at one end. Note that the positions of the leaf springs 2 in the two positions are matched in the circumferential direction. Note that the inner surface of the guide body 1 is finished by buffing.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2, while pressing the leaf spring 2 against the inner peripheral surface of the core tube holder 4 of the extruder crosshead 3, the separator longitudinal guide of the present invention is inserted into the core tube holder 4.
Insert inside. At this time, the expanded end 1a of the guide body 1 is positioned on the entrance side of the conductor 5 to be extruded coated. In FIG. 2, 6 indicates a nipple and 7 indicates a die.

The separator tape (not shown) that entered the guide body 1 together with the conductor 5 from the side was formed into a cylindrical shape while traveling inside the guide body 1 together with the conductor, and the vertical attachment of the tape was completed as described above. The conductor passes through the nipple 6, the outer periphery of which is coated with an insulator by extrusion between the nipple 6 and the die 7.

ない。 Since the separator longitudinal guide of the present invention is self-supported concentrically within the core tube holder as described above, there is no relative movement between the guide body 1 and the twisted conductor, and the tape Since the overlapping direction of both side edges of the separator is constant and the vertical alignment is good, there is no risk of creating a portion that does not function as a separator.

部分を生じることはない。[Effect of the invention] As is clear from the above, the separator vertical guide of the invention has a leaf spring attached to the outer peripheral surface of the guide body,
Since the guide body is self-supported concentrically within the core tube holder of the extruder crosshead, both side edges of the separator tape may be damaged due to contact with the stranded conductor of the separator tape or relative movement between the stranded conductor and the guide body. There is no change in the direction of overlap,
Good vertical alignment is achieved and no portions that do not function as separators are created.
