[0012] A cap body made of an elastic body is fitted in the roof tile bar portion, and the roof tile bar portion is clamped and waterproofed by the elastic clamping force of both leg portions of the cap body. The waterproofness depends on whether they are in close contact with each other, and if the roof bar part is slightly twisted, the adhesion is low and the waterproofness is poor. In addition, the cap provided on the roof tile bar has an uneven top and bottom, so that when a person walks on the cap body, or when a load during snowfall or other impact is given, the roof tile bar part is provided. The cap body sandwiched between and may change its shape or be torn, resulting in damage.
