いるところには予め形ずけした型部材を用いており、シ
ート部材を敷設するのは平坦な底板部のみであることか
ら、施工は容易であり施工後にシートの浮きなど外観を
損ねるようなことが起こりにくく、特にキャップ体とシ
ート部を一体物とした防水材の形を採用すると施工はよ
り簡単なものとなるほか接合部が少なくなるので接合部
からの漏水も少なくすることができる。また、瓦棒部と
キャップ体のあいだにはクッション材が配置してあるの
で瓦棒部の立ち上げ部などの起伏で積雪荷重やその他の
衝撃などによってキャップ体が形状変化したり破損して
