In order to achieve this purpose, in this invention,
It is formed from a foamed synthetic resin body into a box shape with a storage space that is open at the top, and the front end is vertically flat on the inside of the side wall. are located on the same vertical plane and protrude, and a lattice-like horizontal groove is formed on the entire inside of the bottom wall in such a position that the obedient plane of the front end of the cover can be seen, and furthermore, vertical grooves are formed on the inside of the side wall that open upward. A packaging box made of foamed synthetic resin has been constructed that allows for internal compartments formed by connecting parallel vertical grooves to each horizontal groove.

Therefore, in such a packaging box, the internal storage space is fitted from the upper side and formed into a horizontal groove on the inside of the bottom wall, a vertical groove on the inside of the side wall, or a vertical groove on the inside of the bottom wall, in order to accommodate various sizes of items to be stored. It is used by dividing the area appropriately using partition pieces that are erected using only the horizontal grooves. or,
When changing the division of the internal storage space, remove the partition pieces from the horizontal groove on the inside of the bottom wall and the vertical groove on the inside of the side wall, or from the horizontal groove on the inside of the bottom wall, and reinstall the bottom wall so as to surround the desired space. The partition pieces are erected using only the inner horizontal grooves, the vertical grooves on the inner side walls, or the horizontal grooves on the inner side of the bottom wall.

いる。 In the figure, 1 is a packaging box, which is made of a foamed synthetic resin such as foamed polyolefin such as foamed polystyrene, foamed polyethylene, or foamed polypropylene. This is usually molded by a so-called bead foam molding method in which foamable synthetic resin beads are foamed and fused. As shown in FIG. 1, this is formed into a flat box-like shape that is rectangular in plan view and has a housing space 2 that is open at the top. In addition, on the inside of the side wall 3 on each side, there are abutment pieces 5 whose front ends are formed into vertical planes 4, spaced apart so that they have the same protruding length, and have vertical planes 4 at the front ends.
are positioned on the same vertical plane and protrude integrally. In the illustrated embodiment, these contact pieces 5 are provided on both sides and at the center of the inside of the side wall 3 on each side.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the vertical plane 4 at the front end of the inner side and the backing piece 5 is formed with vertically parallel vertical grooves 8 that are open to the upper side and communicate with the lateral grooves 7. It is a partition piece that is used to partition the area. In the illustrated embodiment, slits 10 are formed on one side of the partitioning pieces 9 in the longitudinal direction at approximately the same intervals as the lateral grooves 7. These compartment pieces 9 fit the slits 10 and 10 together to form a crossed state, and fit into the storage space 2 inside the packaging box 1 from above to form the third
As shown in the figure, only the horizontal grooves 7 on the inside of the bottom wall 6 and the vertical grooves 8 on the inside of the side walls 3, or the horizontal grooves 7 on the inside of the bottom wall 6 are used to accommodate various sizes of objects (not shown). The storage space 2 inside the packaging box 1 is partitioned by standing upright. By the way, section piece 9...
As shown in FIG. 3, by erecting the backing pieces 5 on the inside of the side wall 3 in contact with the vertical plane 4 of the front end, it is possible to form a reference surface on the inside of the side wall 3, and at the same time, these partition pieces 9... It is also possible to form the fitting position of the slits 10, 10 near the inner side of the side wall 3, for example, in a position corresponding to the vertical plane 4 of the cover piece 5 as shown in the figure. This makes it possible to make the upright state of these partition pieces 9 strong.

In the packaging box according to the present invention as described above, even if there are various sizes of items to be stored, the internal storage space is divided into horizontal grooves on the inside of the bottom wall, vertical grooves on the inside of the side walls, etc. Or, since it can be partitioned using only the horizontal grooves on the inside of the bottom wall, it is possible to store items of various sizes in one type of packaging box, especially between factories or manufacturers. This is a preferable form of a returnable box between users.
Further, by standing the dividing piece in contact with the vertical plane of the front end of the cover piece on the inside of the side wall, it is possible to easily form a reference plane on the inside of the side wall.

It is also possible to form the compartment pieces at positions corresponding to the vertical plane of the packaging box, which is effective in strengthening the standing state of these compartment pieces with respect to the packaging box.
