Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 食器洗い乾燥機を流し台等の収納庫に簡単に
固定でき、且つドアの開閉等の振動により容易に移動さ
せないことを目的とする。 【構成】 本考案の食器洗い乾燥機の固定装置は、収納
部の底板と接する長方形の固定部６と、該固定部６の長
辺から略垂直に延設されている段部７と、前記固定部６
の他方の長辺から垂下されたリブ８と、前記段部７から
略Ｌ字状に延設されたストッパ部９とで構成し、収納部
の底板に固定されるので、流し台等の収納部へ簡単に固
定でき、且つドアの開放等の振動により容易に移動する
ことを防げる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、流し台等の収納庫に食器洗い乾燥機を収納する際に固定する食器洗 い乾燥機の固定装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、実開昭５５−１２８６５３号公報に示されているように、流し台等の収 納庫内にテーブルトップ用食器洗い乾燥機を収納し、そのままで運転することは 既に考えられていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ところが前記従来例において、単に収納庫に食器洗い乾燥機が収納さているだ けであれば、食器カゴの出し入れの際にドアを開閉すると、その振動により食器 洗い乾燥機が収納庫内で前後に移動するので、例えば前方に移動してくると、収 納庫内から食器洗い乾燥機の前脚がはみ出てしまって食器洗い乾燥機が前方に傾 いたり、また後方に移動していくと収納庫の後壁に食器洗い乾燥機の後部が当接 し、食器洗い乾燥機の振動が収納庫の後壁に伝わって騒音が大きくなる恐れがあ る。

【課題を解決するための手段】
課題を解決するための本考案の手段は、流し台等の収納庫の底部と接し、固定 するためのネジ等を貫通させる貫通孔を設けた固定部と、食器洗い乾燥機の脚部 を嵌合する嵌合部を設けたストッパ部から構成される。

【作用】
即ち、台所等の収納庫に食器洗い乾燥機を収納する際、まず収納庫底部にネジ 等で固定部を固定しておく。それから、食器洗い乾燥機の脚部をストッパ部上に 載置し、該ストッパ部上を滑らせて、前記脚部を嵌合部に嵌合させて収納庫内に 固定する。

【実施例】
図２乃至図４において、１は流し台、２は流し台１の収納部３に収納した食器 洗い乾燥機、４は前記収納部３の底板５に取り付けた食器洗い乾燥機の固定装置 である。該固定装置４は図１に示すように、収納部３の底板５と接する長方形の 固定部６と、該固定部６の長辺から略垂直に延設している段部７と、前記固定部 ６の他方の長辺から垂下したリブ８と、前記段部７から略Ｌ字状に延設したスト ッパ部９とから構成している。
【０００８】 前記固定部６の左右には収納部３の底板５にネジあるいはビスで固定するため に貫通させる貫通孔１０、１０を設けており、さらにストッパ部９には食器洗い 乾燥機２の前脚１２と嵌合する嵌合孔１１、１１を設けている。尚、嵌合孔１１ 、１１の間隔は食器洗い乾燥機２の左右の前脚１２の間隔に合わせている。
【０００９】 斯る構成において、食器洗い乾燥機２を流し台１の収納部３に固定する手順は 、まず流し台１の収納部３の前部に固定装置４のリブ８を引っ掛けるようにして 固定し、固定部６の貫通穴１０、１０を通してネジあるいはビス１３で底板５に 固着する。
【００１０】 次に食器洗い乾燥機２を収納部３内に収納する。この時、食器洗い乾燥機２の 前脚１２は固定装置４のストッパ部９上に載置しておく。
【００１１】 収納部３に収納し終えたら、食器洗い乾燥機２を前後左右に少しづつずらして 前脚１２をストッパ部９の嵌合孔１１、１１に嵌合させ、取り付けを終了する。

【考案の効果】 本考案によれば、流し台等の収納庫に固定装置により食器洗い乾燥機を固定す るので、簡単に取り付けられ、且つドアの開放等の振動に対して容易に移動する ことを防ぐことができる。
