Also, if water coexists, 80
Because it is hydrolyzed even at temperatures around 30°F, chlorine ions and organic acids are similarly produced.

The chlorine absorbent layer and the film layer are interposed between the stainless steel pipe and the urethane heat insulating material so that they do not come into direct contact with each other during actual use.

Because there is no direct contact, the urethane insulation material is hardly thermally decomposed, and almost no chlorine ions or organic acids are generated due to thermal decomposition, and the intervening film layer prevents water condensing on the stainless steel pipe from being absorbed by the urethane insulation material. This prevents the urethane-based insulation material from being hydrolyzed. Even if water enters the urethane insulation material from a place other than the film layer and hydrolyzes to produce chlorine ions, the chlorine ions will be supplemented and absorbed by the chlorine absorbent layer. Prevents stress corrosion cracking.

できる。Effects of the invention The heat insulating support for stainless steel pipes of this invention has a chlorine absorber layer and a film layer at the pipe contact part of the urethane heat insulating support and the joining part of the support material. Because it does not come into direct contact with the pipe, the urethane insulation material is hardly thermally decomposed and almost no chlorine ions are generated due to thermal decomposition. Also, because the film layer is provided, water that condenses on the stainless steel pipe is absorbed by the urethane insulation material. This prevents the urethane-based insulation material from being hydrolyzed and generating chlorine ions and the like. Even if a small amount of chlorine ions are generated, the chlorine absorbent layer will supplementally absorb the chlorine ions, thereby preventing stress corrosion cracking of the stainless steel pipe due to chlorine ions.
