To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing. [Structure] The recovered expanded polystyrene product was crushed and the properties of the expanded polystyrene were reduced, but it was compressed while being heated to a temperature at which it was easy to compress, and the volume ratio was reduced to about 1/30 to 1/15. Air, gas included in the product,
It should be made into a thin plate that is not foamed, or close to it, from which water has been released, and then cut into pieces.

However, since the waste of the expanded polystyrene product has a large capacity, it is bulky when it is stored as dust, which is an obstacle, difficult to handle and difficult to carry, and also burns when it is incinerated as dust. Since the temperature is high, there is a problem that a large amount of combustion energy is required and damage to the incinerator is accelerated. Furthermore, the disposal of used expanded polystyrene products as waste without reusing them also results in the waste of global resources, so the development of new recycling methods requires packaging and transportation. It was strongly desired not only from the technical field but also from the general public.

Therefore, recently, pelletized synthetic resin recycling raw materials have been processed from the recovered expanded polystyrene products, but the expanded polystyrene products are bulky and are therefore used for recovery and transportation / storage at a recycling plant. It requires a lot of trouble and a large space. In order to reduce such troubles and places, it is possible to melt or press-compress the collected expanded polystyrene product at the collection site, but when the material is heated to the melting temperature, the properties of the synthetic resin itself will increase. However, there is a problem that it cannot be reprocessed into a high-quality synthetic resin raw material, and a large-scale press machine is required for pressurization and compression.

In the present invention, a used bulk polystyrene foam product is directly recovered and brought into a synthetic resin recycled raw material factory for processing, or the recovered polystyrene polystyrene product is melted as it is or under pressure compression treatment. , The temperature of the synthetic resin itself does not change and is crushed to a required size that is easy to press at the collection site, rather than bringing this melt into the synthetic resin recycled raw material factory for processing. It is heated to a small size and compressed into a plate shape with a small press pressure, and brought to a processing plant for recycled synthetic resin raw material without being bulky, or the compressed plate shape at the collection site is subsequently cut into strips. Pack this in a bag and bring it to a processing plant for recycled synthetic resin raw materials in a bulky state to reduce the number of labor and places for transportation and storage, and to increase the size. A synthetic resin reclaimed materials without the use of Do processor, there is a feature in that greatly reduces the series of recovery cost.

[0008] Further, by the heating compression, air, gas, and water contained in the expanded polystyrene product are evenly released, and an extremely thin plate-like material can be obtained. That is, according to the experiments of the present inventor, the air, gas, and water contained in the expanded polystyrene product can be released to some extent by mere compression, but most of them are compressed and deformed while existing inside, and the press pressure is released. After that, it was confirmed that the internal gas and the like could not be expanded or restored to a non-foamed state or a state close to that.

The above-mentioned warm compression is applied to a used expanded polystyrene product crushed into, for example, a fist size.
It is carried out by pressing for 1 to 2 minutes with a pressing pressure of about 0 kg / cm 2 , and at this time, the pressing body is 50 to 100.
It is preferable to heat and keep it at ℃. The reason is that when the temperature of the pressed body is less than 50 ° C, it takes time to uniformly release the air, gas, and water contained in the expanded polystyrene product, while the temperature of the pressed body is higher than 100 ° C. In this case, there is a problem in compression processing when the polystyrene foam product is cured by heat, and the properties of the synthetic resin recycled raw material that has been made into a plate shape change, and a good quality synthetic resin recycled raw material after being recycled into pellets is obtained. Because I can't. The invention of the present application initially produces an expanded polystyrene product of 15 to 20 g / liter by performing such warm compression.
Compressed to about 30/1/15 to 200-300g /
It is possible to use 1 liter of synthetic resin recycled raw material in a non-foamed state or a state close to that.

Example 1 A toro box made of expanded polystyrene recovered at a fish market is crushed by a crusher at a recovery site to form fragments having a side length of about 30 to 50 cm, and the fragments are put into a press chamber of a 60-ton press machine. And the height is about 50 cm
Filled up. Next, a press body heated and kept at 70 ° C. was lowered from the upper part and pressed at a pressure of 20 kg / cm 2 for 1 minute to produce a thin plate-like synthetic resin recycled raw material having a thickness of about 2 mm. The obtained thin plate-shaped synthetic resin recycled raw material has a unit weight of 300 g / liter, which is more compactly compressed than the original expanded polystyrene product, and air, gas, and moisture are evenly released, and there is almost no foaming. It was in a state or a state close to it, and could be transported without being bulky. This was directly brought to a processing plant for synthetic resin recycled raw material, cut into 10 × 10 mm squares, and reprocessed into a synthetic resin recycled raw material by a conventional method. As a result, a very good pelletized synthetic resin raw material was obtained. ..

Example 2 A packing material made of expanded polystyrene collected at an electric home appliance store was crushed by a crusher at a collection site to obtain pieces each having a side length of about 30 to 50 cm.
It was put into a press chamber of a ton press machine and filled up to a height of about 50 cm. Next, the press body heated and kept at 68 ° C. is lowered from the upper part and the pressure is set to 20 kg / cm 2 at a pressure of 1 kg.
After pressing for a minute to form a thin plate with a thickness of about 2 mm, a strip of synthetic resin material of 8 × 8 mm was manufactured by a chopper provided subsequent to this pressing machine. The resulting strip-shaped synthetic resin recycled raw material has a unit weight of 300 g / liter, which is more compactly compressed than the original expanded polystyrene product, and air, gas, and moisture are evenly released, and there is almost no It was in a foamed state or a state close to it, and could be transported without being bulky. When this was directly brought into a synthetic resin recycled raw material processing plant and reprocessed into a synthetic resin recycled raw material by an ordinary method, a very good quality pellet-shaped synthetic resin raw material was obtained.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention is a synthetic resin recycling raw material that does not cause waste of used expanded polystyrene products immediately by incineration treatment or landfill treatment as waste and is not bulky. It can be transported to a processing plant and recycled as a pelletized synthetic resin recycled material, and the series of recovery costs such as transportation and storage can be made extremely low. Therefore, the present invention is extremely useful as a method for recovering the waste of expanded polystyrene products that eliminates the conventional problems and producing a synthetic resin recycled raw material, which greatly contributes to the industrial development.
