(Prior Art) Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 8, a gas burner A,
A gas safety valve C interposed in the gas passage B of the gas burner A, a thermoelectric generating element D such as a thermocouple that holds the gas safety valve C heated by the flame of the gas burner A open, and a thermoelectric generating element D such as a thermocouple that holds the gas safety valve C heated by the gas burner A open. A cooking device in which a gas burner A is extinguished by a switch E which is opened when the temperature reaches a set temperature when it comes in contact with a pot or other cooking utensil is known, for example, from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 37-26498. According to this, when the set temperature is reached, the switch E opens and the gas burner is extinguished, so that there is no need for ignition of frying oil during cooking of fried chicken, for example.

However, the gas burner has the inconvenience of extinguishing even when it is desired to cook at a temperature higher than the set temperature of the temperature sensor, for example, to cook fried noodles at a high temperature. Therefore, in preparation for such double-sided cooking, the temperature sensor can be freely moved between an active position where it touches the pot and an inactive position where it does not touch the pot. It is better to be in the operating position.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) If the temperature sensor can be freely moved between the operating position and the non-operating position as described above, it is possible to cook at a temperature higher than the set temperature. If you forget to return the sensor to the operating position, the gas burner will not extinguish even when the set temperature is reached, causing the inconvenience of ignition due to ignition of the cooking oil.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the present invention includes a heat source, a sensor that detects the temperature in contact with a cooking pot heated by the heat source, and a sensor that detects the set temperature. A displacement device that allows the temperature-sensitive sensor to be freely displaced between an operating position in contact with the cooking pot and an inoperative position in which it does not contact the cooking pot, in a cooking device comprising a control device that controls extinguishing of the heat source when detected. and a drive device that brings the temperature sensor, which has been placed into an inactive position by the displacement device, into an active position by igniting or extinguishing the heat source.

First, let's assume that the temperature sensor is set to, for example, 210 degrees Celsius. Cook tempura in the operating position where the temperature sensor touches the pot. The temperature of the pot reaches 210℃,
When the temperature sensor detects this, the control device extinguishes the heat source. Next, when performing high-temperature cooking such as yakiniku, the temperature sensor is moved to a non-operating position by the displacement position. As a result, even if the frying pan or the like reaches the set temperature, the temperature sensor does not detect it, so the heat source continues to ignite and cooking can be performed. When the heat source is extinguished at the end of the high-temperature heating, or when the heat source is ignited at the start of the next cooking, the temperature sensor is set to the operating position by the drive device and is ready for the next tempura dish. If high-temperature cooking is to be performed next time, the temperature sensor is set to the inactive position.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention has the above configuration, it has the following effects. Equipped with a temperature sensor, when the set temperature is reached, the Etsugen automatically turns off and does not heat up any further, making it safe. Also, if you want to heat the food to a temperature higher than the set temperature, you can heat the food at a high temperature by setting the temperature sensor to the inactive position. Even if the temperature sensor is in the inactive position, it will be activated by igniting or extinguishing the heat source. When using the cooker, the temperature sensor will always be in the activated position, and the temperature sensor will be activated. This eliminates the inconvenience of forgetting to set the position.

When the operating knob 9 is turned to the igniter, the heat source 1 is ignited by the igniter (not shown) and the pot 2 is heated. When the temperature sensor 3 detects the set temperature, the circuit 6 is opened, so that the electromagnetic safety valve, which is the control device 4, is no longer attracted and held, and the electromagnetic safety valve closes to stop the flow of gas. This extinguishes the heat source 1, so there is no inconvenience such as overheating the pot and igniting the frying pan oil.

As described above, since the temperature sensor 3 can be displaced between the operating position and the non-operating position by the displacement device 7, cooking controlled by the set temperature of the temperature sensor 3 and cooking at a higher temperature can be performed. . However, if you forget to set the temperature sensor 3 to the inactive position for high-temperature cooking and cook tempura, the temperature sensor 3 will not work and the tempura oil may be heated too much, causing the inconvenience.

Therefore, a drive device 8 is provided which brings the temperature sensor 3, which has been placed in the inoperative position by the displacement device 7, into the activated position by extinguishing the temperature using the operating knob 9. To explain this in detail, the drive device 8 is operated by the operation knob 9.
When the operating knob 9 is in the ``ignition'' rotation position, the cam body is positioned upward (see Figures 1 and 2), and when the operating knob 9 is in the ``extinguishing'' position, the cam body is positioned upward (see Figures 1 and 2).
In the rotational position of , the cam body is located downward (Fig. 3).

Also, as shown in Fig. 2, a displacement device 7 is used for high-temperature cooking.
Considering the usage condition in which the temperature sensor 3 is set to the inactive position after the ignition operation, when the operation knob 9 is turned off after cooking, the tip side of the displacement lever 72 is lowered by the cam body serving as the drive device 8. The temperature sensor 3 is placed in the operating position (FIG. 3).
