(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in this device, the water supply pipe is generally made of a metal pipe and is exposed as it is in the space inside the water heater body; If water is cooled during water flow, dew condensation will occur on the outer peripheral surface of the main body, and the water droplets will then fall onto the bottom plate of the main body below and tend to cause rust thereon, or even further below the bottom plate of the main body. This is accompanied by inconveniences such as the possibility of falling onto the floor and causing dirt on it. Furthermore, water supply pipes vibrate due to the water flow flowing through them and come into contact with parts near the water supply pipe, causing noise, damaging the contacted parts, deteriorating the performance of the contacted parts, and even causing damage to the contacted parts. Loosen the tightening parts of parts. There is a problem with this.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention disposes a heat exchanger and a burner for heating the heat exchanger in the main body of the water heater. The water supply pipe is equipped with a water supply pipe on the upstream side and a hot water outlet pipe on the downstream side, and a large number of resin fibers or other hairs are planted on the outer periphery of the water supply pipe at appropriate intervals.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 indicates a water heater body, in which an upper heat exchanger 2 and a lower gas burner or other burner 3 for heating the heat exchanger are disposed. The system includes a water supply pipe 4 on the upstream side and a hot water outlet pipe 5 on the downstream side. In the drawings, reference numeral 6 indicates a gas passage that guides gas to the burner 3, and 7 indicates a blower that guides combustion air to the burner 3.

Although the above is not particularly different from the conventional one, according to the present invention, a large number of resin fiber or other hairs 8 are planted on the outer peripheral surface of the water supply pipe 4 at appropriate intervals.

(Function) To explain its function, when water is passed through the water supply pipe 4, the outer peripheral surface becomes a cooling surface and condensation tends to occur there. The large number of hairs creates an air layer that stays between them, and this forms a heat insulating layer 9, so there is no condensation when exposed. In addition, the planted bristles act as a buffer material, which causes the water supply pipe to vibrate due to the vibrations of the water supply pipe that occur when opening and closing the main valve, etc., or due to the water flow flowing through the water supply pipe, and causes parts near the water supply pipe to vibrate. Even if they make contact, it is possible to avoid making noise, damaging the contacted parts, or deteriorating their performance.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a large number of resin fibers or other hairs are planted at appropriate intervals around the outer periphery of the water supply pipe. A heat insulating layer can be formed by the air layer, thereby eliminating dew condensation that tends to occur when the outer peripheral surface is exposed as it is, and furthermore, the heat insulating layer can prevent water in the water supply pipe from freezing. In addition, water supply pipes vibrate due to vibrations of the water supply pipes that occur when opening and closing main valves, etc., or due to the water flow flowing through the water supply pipes, and come into contact with parts near the water supply pipes, causing noise or causing damage to the water supply pipes. This can damage the parts, deteriorate the performance of the contacted parts, and even loosen the tightening parts of the contacted parts, but according to the present invention, the raised hair acts as a buffer material and prevents such problems. The occurrence of defects can be suppressed, the water in the water supply pipe can be prevented from freezing by the heat insulating layer, and the numerous bristles are formed integrally on the outer circumferential surface and are relatively robust, so that they can last for a long time. It has the effect of being durable in use.
