(Prior art) A large number of ceramic supports are erected at predetermined intervals on the surface of a ceramic base plate.
BACKGROUND ART Tile firing jigs for firing tile materials, such as sleeve tiles and eave tiles, have been known in the past, in which tile materials are supported diagonally on these supports and fired. However, with such ceramic tile firing jigs, excess glaze drips during firing of glazed tiles, and glaze components that have vaporized in the furnace condense during the cooling process, causing the glaze to become firmly attached to the pillars and baseplates. A phenomenon called "sticking" tends to occur, and the glaze surface of the tile may peel off when removing the tile from the tile firing jig when taking it out of the kiln, or when trying to remove glaze that has adhered to the ceramic support. This has caused problems such as damage and the inability to use it repeatedly. Therefore, the present applicant first devised a tile firing jig made entirely of a heat-resistant alloy plate, and had already proposed it in Utility Model Publication No. 15513/1983 and Publication No. 15514 of 1983, but the applicant had developed a jig entirely made of heat-resistant metal. The heat resistance of ceramic tiles was inferior to that of ceramic tiles, and they could not be used in the production of roof tiles, which required firing at particularly high temperatures.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and does not cause "stickiness" even when used for firing glazed tiles, and can also be used for high-temperature firing. It was completed for the purpose of being a usable jig for firing tiles.

FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention.
For example, 1 has a thickness of 20 to 40 mm, a width of 160 mm, and a length of
The base plate 2 is made of ceramic and has a diameter of about 400 mm. Numerous ceramic supports made of alumina or the like are erected on both sides of the surface of the base plate 1 at predetermined intervals of, for example, about 65 mm. It is preferable that the width of the base plate 1 is 80% or more of the width of the lower surface of the tile base 30 to be fired.
It is preferable to provide the through hole 7 with an area of 40% or less. The height of the pillar 2 is about 1/3 to 1/2 of the height of the tile base 30, for example, about 30 to 90 mm, and the diameter is about 1/3 to 1/2.
It is preferable that the base is 10 mm or more, and that the base is inserted into the through holes 3 formed on both sides of the base plate 1 as shown in the figure, and fixed with mortar or the like.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a cap made of heat-resistant metal that covers the top of the support column 2 made of ceramic. Made of heat-resistant metal material.
This cap 4 has a depth of about 10 to 30 mm and a wall thickness of 1 to 3 mm.
It is preferable to have a gap of about 0.2 to 3 mm between the support and the support 2. Further, reference numeral 5 denotes a ring made of a heat-resistant metal material, which is attached to the base of each support 2, and its dimensions and material are similar to those of the cap 4. Furthermore, as shown in the figure, this ring 5 is provided with a tongue piece 6 made of heat-resistant metal that extends along the surface of the base plate 1 in the direction of the adjacent support column 2. It is sufficient that the length of this tongue piece 6 is about 1/2 of the pitch between the pillars 2, 2.

Although the tile material 30 shown in FIG. 1 is a side tile, this tile firing jig can also be used as is for firing Manju tiles as shown in FIG. 2.

In the embodiment shown above, there are two pillars on both sides of the base plate 1.
As an example, a cap 4 and a ring 5 are attached to the top and base of the stand, respectively, but the arrangement of the support 2 is not limited to this. The pillar 2 and the base plate 1 may be integrally molded, and the tile material 30 may be supported by one pillar or by a plurality of pillars.

(Function) The device configured in this way is shown in Figures 1 and 2.
As clearly shown in the figure, when firing glazed tiles, a large number of tile materials 30 are supported with each glazed surface 31 facing upward, leaning between ceramic supports 2, 2, and then placed in a tunnel kiln. There is no difference from this type of conventional tile firing jig in that the firing is performed through the tile firing tool. However, in the present invention, caps 4 and rings 5 made of heat-resistant metal are attached to areas where the glazed surface 31 is likely to come into contact with the ceramic support 2 or where glaze components are likely to condense. These heat-resistant metal caps 4 and rings 5 are easily peeled off even if glaze adheres to them, and do not cause "stickiness" like that between ceramic and glaze. There is no fear that the glaze will be damaged when attempting to remove the glaze from the pillar 2, making it impossible to use it repeatedly. In particular, in this invention, since the tongue piece 6 is provided on the ring 5, the tile base material 3
Even if the glaze drips down to the bottom surface of the 0, it has the advantage of completely preventing "sticking".

Moreover, since the tile firing jig of the present invention has the base plate 1 and the support column 2 made of ceramic, it has much better heat resistance and durability than when the whole is made of metal. It can be used with confidence even when firing at high temperatures.

Note that the present invention can also be applied to the case where crosspiece tiles arranged at regular intervals on the base plate 1 are supported by the comb teeth and the pillars 2.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention uses a heat-resistant metal cap and a ring with a tongue piece to connect both the top and base of a ceramic support that is erected on a ceramic base plate. Since it is covered, "sticking" will not occur even when used for firing glazed tiles, and even if the glaze adheres to the cap or ring, it can be easily peeled off. Furthermore, the tile firing jig of the present invention can be used for high-temperature fired products, unlike those made entirely of metal.
Therefore, by using the tile firing jig of the present invention, it is possible not only to eliminate product defects due to "socketing" but also to make the lifespan of the pillars approximately twice as long as that of conventional ceramic pillars. . Therefore, the present invention has extremely great practical value as a tile firing jig that eliminates the problems of the conventional method.
