上がる様にし、かつスイツチを上蓋と連動するよ

体の筐体1の上部に取り付けられた被測定片置台
2には、軸受台3が固定され、ブラケツト5と上
蓋6の一端を通した軸4が支持されて、標準チヤ
ート9が取り付いたブラケツト5および上蓋6は
各々蝶番の機構構造で該軸受台3に軸支されてい
る。さらに被測定片置台2には、中央部を凹状に
し、測定片支持面7としての平滑面の真中に撮像
開孔口8を設け、外縁にはスイツチ作動軸10が
上下に貫通された穴に通されて、下方向より、マ
イクロスイツチ11の圧縮バネ12で常に押し上
げられて取り付いている。軸受台3と蝶番の機構
構造を有するブラケツト5には、標準チヤート9
が取り付いたチヤートホルダー13がネジ止めさ
れ、その標準チヤート9の中心が被測定片置台2
の撮像開孔口8の中心と合致する位置関係を有し

受台と蝶番の機構構造を持つ上蓋6には、被測定
片置台2の面側にスイツチ作動軸10を押し下げ
るピン14を有し、又中央部に円形の穴を持つ皿
状の中蓋15が、チヤートホルダー13の中心軸
に合せて取り付いている。ブラケツト5はこの上
蓋6と中蓋15との間の空間部16内に延在して
