When the stone excavator fixed to the front part is towed by a tractor and travels, it digs the ground with the excavation blade, transfers earth, sand, and gravel to the rotating part of the elevator, and places it between the iron bars of the rotating part. The earth and sand are dropped through the gap, the stones and gravel are transferred to the rear, and the stones and gravel are put into a stone and gravel storage section provided at the rear and collected (see Utility Model Publication No. 55-27362 and Publication No. 55-27363).

た。 In this type of stone digger, the rotating part has both ends of many iron bars attached like a blind to endless rubber belts on both sides, and the soil and sand are dropped onto the ground between the iron bars attached at the required intervals. However, some of the soil and sand remains on the endless belts on both sides and falls into the stone and gravel storage section, resulting in poor soil separation efficiency.

するものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention uses a digging blade to dig up the stones and gravel in the ground, and removes the earth and sand on the endless belts on both sides of the rotating part of the elevator from the stones and gravels. An elevator is installed at the bottom of the processing frame, and has a rotating part made by attaching both ends of a large number of iron bars to endless belts on both sides in a blind shape. A digging blade facing the front end of the upper running part of the rotating part is fixed to the front part of the processing frame, and a digging blade is provided on both sides of the front part of the box corresponding to the endless belt changing parts on both sides of the rotating part. A gravel storage section formed by forming a dirt fall path is placed facing the rear end of the upward running section of the rotating section, and a guide plate for dropping stones and gravel into the box body is arranged on the upward running section of the rotating section. To provide a stone excavator whose rear end faces both sides.

When the stone excavator 1 is connected to a tractor (not shown) through a tractor (not shown) and is towed, the digging blade 7 excavates the ground and as it moves forward, dirt and gravel are excavated together. Earth, sand, and stones are guided and transferred to the front end of the upper running part 6a of the rotating part 6 of the elevator 5.
The earth, sand and gravel transferred to the upper running part 6a of the rotating part 6 fall from between the iron bars 8 and 8 arranged like a blind, and the stones and gravel straddle the iron bars 8 and 8 and move backward. The stones are transferred and thrown into the stone and gravel storage section 12 provided at the rear of the processing frame 4 from the rear end of the upward running section 6a.

的効果を発揮する。(Effects of the invention) The present invention forms earth and sand fall paths on both sides of the front side of the box of the rock and gravel storage section, and allows the earth and sand transferred on the endless belts on both sides of the rotating section to fall onto the ground and fall into the box. Because we prevent soil from entering, we do not deplete the soil.
It has practical effects such as further improving the efficiency of stone removal from the ground.
