(Prior Art and its Problems) Conventionally, there have been heating toilets in which a heating wire is built into the toilet seat, and for example, as shown in Fig. 1, the toilet seat box 2 is attached to a toilet seat box 2 that is fixedly installed on the upper rear side of the toilet bowl so as to be openable and closable. There is a heater wire inside the toilet seat body 1.
H 1 , H 2 and a thermistor S that can sense the heating temperature by the heater wires H 1 , H 2 are incorporated, and the thermistor wires S 1 , S 2 are connected to the heater wires H 1 , H 2 and the thermistor S. There is a heated toilet seat which is connected to a temperature control unit 5 built into the toilet seat box 2 side by an integrated connection cord 3, and by adjusting the adjustment knob 6 installed on the side of the toilet seat box 2 as appropriate. By adjusting the set temperature of the temperature control section 5, it is possible to adjust the temperature of the heater wires H 1 and H 2 .

In such a heated toilet seat, the connection cord 3 is connected from the toilet seat body 1 to the toilet seat box 2 in a protruding manner, so that when the toilet seat body 1 is opened or closed with respect to the toilet seat box 2, this connection cord 3 is connected to the toilet seat body 1. The heater wire inside the connection cord 3 may be bent or caught inside the toilet seat body 1.
H 1 , H 2 and thermistor wires S 1 , S 2 , etc. may be disconnected. For example, when the heater wires H 1 , H 2 are disconnected within the connection cord 3, the energized state is maintained, so shorts, etc. There is a problem in that the vicinity of the toilet seat main body 1 has a large amount of moisture, increasing the risk of electric shock and the like.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide a highly safe heated toilet seat. In a heated toilet seat in which a heater wire and a thermistor are arranged and connected to an external temperature control unit via a connection cord in which the end of the heater wire and the end of the thermistor wire are integrally coated, The mechanical strength of the thermistor wire is made weaker than that of the heater wire.

(Function) Since the mechanical strength of the thermistor wire in the connection cord is weaker than that of the heater wire, when the connection cord is frequently bent following the opening and closing movement of the toilet seat body, the thermistor wire in the connection cord Since the thermistor wire is cut first, the temperature control section cuts off the electricity to the heater wire by cutting the thermistor wire, and the heating function is stopped at the same time as the thermistor wire is cut. Therefore, it is possible to easily know the state of disconnection in the connection cord, and it is possible to prevent accidents such as electric shock before the heater wire or the like is shot.

Figure 1 shows a plan cross section of the heated toilet seat mentioned above.
Inside the toilet seat body 1 are heater wires H 1 and H 2 for heating.
are arranged evenly in a spiral shape, and the thermistor wires S 1 and S 2 connected to the thermistor S for sensing the temperature of the heater wires H 1 and H 2 are connected to the same ends of the heater wires H 1 and H 2 . A cord bushing 4 is attached to the connecting cord 3, the tip of the connecting cord 3 is well connected to the toilet seat body 1, and a similar cord bushing 4 is connected to the toilet seat body 1. It is also attached to the box 2 side, and both ends of the connecting cord 3 are well communicated between the toilet seat body 1 and the toilet seat box 2 by the pair of cord bushes 4.

As shown in the cross-sectional view in FIG. 3, the connection cord 3 in this example is made up of heater wires H 1 , H 2 and thermistor wires S 1 , S 2 whose outer peripheries are coated with vinyl to form a sheathed portion 3a. The core diameter of the heater wires H 1 and H 2 in this connection cord 3 is the same as that of the thermistor wires S 1 and S 2 .
The diameter is twice the core diameter of the heater wire H 1 ,
H 2 is constructed to have better mechanical strength than the thermistor wires S 1 and S 2 . Therefore, when the toilet seat main body 1 is frequently opened and closed relative to the toilet seat box 2 , the connection cord 3 is frequently bent and bent due to the opening and closing movements. Each line H 1 , H 2 , S 1 , S 2
When the fatigue phenomenon starts to occur in
If one of them is disconnected, the resistance value of the thermistor S becomes infinite (it becomes a state where it senses high temperature,
The temperature control unit 5 senses this state and turns the heater wire on.
Automatically stops power supply to H 1 and H 2 and turns off the heater function. Therefore, the thermistor wire S 1 ,
Even when the heater wires H 1 and H 2 are later disconnected due to disconnection of either wire S 2 , the current supply is stopped via the temperature control unit 5 , and the risk of electric shock etc. is avoided. .

In this example, the core diameters of the thermistor wires S 1 and S 2 were made smaller than the core diameters of the heater wires H 1 and H 2 . The wires S 1 and S 2 may be made of a material with low mechanical strength, or the heater wires H 1 and H 2 may be reinforced with a reinforcing member to increase their mechanical strength. Even in this case, if the thermistor wires S 1 and S 2 are configured so that they can break earlier than the heater wires H 1 and H 2 , accidents such as electric shock can be prevented and a highly safe heated toilet seat can be achieved. be able to.

(Effect of the invention) The heated toilet seat of the present invention has a heater wire and a thermistor arranged inside the toilet seat body, and connects the end of the heater wire and the end of the thermistor wire to the outside through a connection cord integrally covered. The heated toilet seat is connected to the temperature control unit of the heating toilet seat, and the thermistor wire in the connection cord is configured to have a mechanical strength weaker than the heater wire, so that the thermistor wire is disconnected before the heater wire. The temperature control unit can detect the disconnection of the thermistor wire and cut off the electricity to the heater wire, effectively avoiding the risk of electric shock and increasing the safety of the heated toilet seat.
