化する玩具において、玩具本体内に前記玩具の一部の回
転と連動して平面回転する平板を設け、該平板は支軸を
中心として放射状に複数の異なる色の透光着色部材を配
して色分けされ、光ファイバーの入光端は該平板の一方
の面に近接して設けられ、該光ファイバーの発光端は玩
具の外皮部を貫通して取付けた筒状体を通って玩具の外
部に露出し、前記平板の他方の面に近接して光源が設け
