[Prior Art] A luminance distribution measuring device is used as a device to determine whether or not a luminous body, which is an object that emits light from a surface, emits light from a surface, by measuring the distribution of luminance due to the light output of the luminous body. There is. Conventional CCD (chargecoupled)
There is one using device). In this method, the light-receiving surface on the CCD side is divided according to the number of measurement points of the light emitter, and the brightness is measured. Furthermore, there is a method that measures the brightness at a predetermined point by moving a photodetector having a pinhole formed in the light receiving part over the light emitting surface of the light emitter. moreover,
In addition, there is also a method in which brightness is measured by bundling a plurality of fibers that are optical waveguides and detecting the light output from the light emitter.

That is, devices using CCDs had the disadvantage that the CCD itself, which is a light-receiving element, was expensive.
Additionally, those using a photodetector with a pinhole require a moving device to move the photodetector two-dimensionally, and this moving device is expensive and has a complicated structure. It was hot.
Furthermore, since the measurement points on the light emitting surface are selectively changed by moving the photodetector using a moving device, there is a problem in that it takes time to move the photodetector, which slows down the measurement speed. Ta.
Furthermore, those using fibers as optical waveguides have the disadvantage that each time the number of measurement points on the light emitting surface increases, more fibers are required, which increases the cost of the device. Furthermore, since this device uses a plurality of fibers depending on the number of measurement points, there is a problem in that it is necessary to prepare as many light receiving elements as the number of fibers, or to provide an optical path switch between the fibers.

Further, a central shaft 13 to which a roller 12 is attached is pivotally supported at both ends of the outer frame 8. An endless belt constituting the second slit plate 5 is attached to the roller 12, and a portion of the endless belt overlaps with the first slit plate 4. This endless belt is always movable in the direction of arrow C in FIG. 1 by driving a motor as moving means 6. Further, a through hole 3 having a larger diameter than the through hole 2 formed in the first slit plate 4 is formed in the endless belt. This through hole 3 is formed along the moving direction of the endless belt so as to coincide with the through hole 2 of the first slit plate 4 when the endless belt moves in the direction of arrow C. Accordingly, only one through hole 2, 3 is always overlapped so that the light from the light emitting body 1 can pass therethrough. Therefore, the light output of the light emitter 1 can always be measured at one measurement point.

Further, a photodetector 7 is provided at a position facing the light emitter 1 with the first and second slit plates 4 and 5 in between. In the configuration described above, when the light emitting body 1 to be measured first is conveyed to the recess 9 of the outer frame 8 and stopped, the light emitted from the light emitting body 1 is transmitted to the second slit plate 5. By moving an endless belt, only the light that passes through the through holes 2 and 3 of each slit plate 4 and 5 at the same time is sequentially transmitted to the photodetector 7.
The light is received and detected by the light emitter 1, and the luminance distribution state at each measurement point of the light emitter 1 is measured. At this time, since the photodetector 7 is fixed, it is possible to stably receive and detect the light from the light emitting surface and obtain accurate measurement results. Thereafter, the next light emitter 1 is moved to the measurement position by driving the conveyor belt 10, and the luminance distribution state at each measurement point is measured for each light emitter. Next, FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the second slit plate.

This second slit plate 15 is an endless belt that moves on a straight line, whereas the above-mentioned one is an endless belt that moves on a straight line.
It is formed in the shape of a disk, and like the endless belt described above, through holes 3 are formed on its surface at positions that coincide with the through holes 2 of the first slit plate 4 when the belt rotates.

[Effect of the invention] As explained above, according to the luminance distribution measuring device according to the invention, by the relative movement of the first and second slit plates, the penetrations formed in each slit plate corresponding to the measurement points are The holes overlap one after another, and only the light that passes through the through-holes at the same time is detected by the photodetector, so it is possible to measure the brightness according to the measurement point on the light-emitting surface of the light-emitting body. The device can be manufactured at low cost with an extremely simple structure. Furthermore, since the photodetector does not need to be moved, the output light from the light emitter can be stably received, and the measurement results are reliable. Furthermore, the measurement point can be easily changed by changing the position of the through hole in the slit plate.
