2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional long-distance high-speed bus, a large passenger compartment has a large number of seats arranged in rows and columns, and passengers tilt their backs. I am able to sleep. However, because there was no partition between these seats, there were privacy issues such as private acts and others' sleeping faces being seen by others, listening to music and video sounds that could not sleep due to the snoring of others. Had problems with sound, such as having to use an earphone, and problems with lighting, such as the reading light dazzled by someone else. Also, if it is attempted to partition the seats with a simple bulkhead, it is necessary to further widen the space between the seats and provide a bulkhead so as not to prevent tilting of the backrest, which will reduce the passenger capacity, so implementation Was difficult.

Further, Japanese Patent Publication No. 40-8847 discloses that
There has been proposed a sleeper bus in which a large number of sleepers are inclined and arranged at intervals. However, passengers may want to wake up and read, watch videos, work, etc., instead of simply sleeping, and this sleeper bus could not meet the demand.

Further, in the conventional sleeper train, the internal space of each vehicle is divided into a plurality of passenger rooms arranged in the front-rear direction by partition walls.
Passengers were able to sleep on the berth prepared in the passenger cabin. However, since the guest rooms that are longer than the average height of passengers are arranged in series in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, it is not possible to provide too many guest rooms in the limited internal space of the vehicle.
There was a problem that the number of passengers could not be increased.
Therefore, it was not possible to adopt such a bed-type cabin structure in a long-distance high-speed bus that has a smaller internal space than that of a railway vehicle.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a cabin structure in which a part or all of the internal space of a vehicle or building is divided into a plurality of cabins by partition walls.
One of the guest rooms adjacent to each other and the foot space of the other guest room are inclined so that the head space of the other guest room and the foot space of the other guest room are vertically overlapped with each other, and a seat is provided in each guest room. (Claim 1).

Here, the inclination angle of the "partition wall" from the vertical line is generally 30 to 70 degrees, and more preferably 5 degrees.
It is 0 to 60 degrees. This is because if the inclination angle is smaller than 30 degrees or larger than 70 degrees, the overlap between the head space of one guest room and the foot space of the other guest room becomes small.

The interior space of the vehicle or building may have a multi-story structure, and the passenger compartment structure may be provided in the interior space of some or all of the floors (claim 2). Further, the passenger compartment structure may be provided only in a part of the internal space of the vehicle or the building, and seats may be provided side by side in the rest (claim 3). The "part of the interior space of the vehicle or building" includes, for example, the front part, the center part, the rear part, the left half or the right half of the interior space of the vehicle, the entrance part, the interior part or the corner part of the interior space of the building. Further, the inclination direction of the partition wall can be made different depending on the part of the internal space (claim 4). here,
Regarding the inclination direction of the partition wall, the following modes can be exemplified especially in a vehicle. In order to allow passengers to board in the traveling direction of the vehicle, the inclination direction of the partition wall is determined so that the head space of the front passenger room and the foot space of the rear passenger room that are adjacent to each other vertically overlap each other with the partition wall therebetween. Just do it. In this case, the passenger is supported by the seat and becomes stable during acceleration of the vehicle. In order to allow passengers to ride in the direction opposite to the traveling direction of the vehicle, the inclination direction of the partition wall should be such that the space at the foot of the front passenger room and the head space of the rear passenger room adjacent to each other vertically overlap each other with the partition wall. You can set it. In this case, when the vehicle decelerates, the passenger is supported by the seat and becomes stable. In order to allow passengers to ride in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the vehicle, the inclination of the partition wall so that the foot space of one of the passenger rooms adjacent to the left and right and the head space of the other passenger room are vertically overlapped with each other by separating the partition wall. Just set the direction.

Further, regarding the inclination direction of the partition wall to be different depending on the portion of the internal space, the following modes can be exemplified especially in a vehicle. The partition walls are tilted in different directions so that the passengers in the first half and the passengers in the latter half face in opposite directions. The slanting direction of the partition wall is made different so that the passengers on the left half and the passengers on the right half ride in opposite directions. The partition walls are inclined in different directions so that passengers on one floor and passengers on another floor face in opposite directions.
