従来、塗装を施す製品において、塗装前に製品
の機種判別、号機管理などを必要とする製品に取
付けられる銘板は塗装工程での識別性低下を防止
する為、銘板表示面をマスクし塗装後剥離するマ
スキング層が貼着されている。

本考案は、塗装前の製品に下面が貼付けられ上
面に印刷された合成樹脂製の印刷ベース層の上面
を保護するための保護フイルム層上に剥離可能な
マスキング層を貼着した表示板において、該マス
キング層の一端面に塗装後の乾燥熱により熱収縮
するフイルムを貼着したことを要旨とするもので
ある。

本考案による表示板を第１図及び第２図に示す
１実施例に基づき説明する。

図において、１は上面に印刷された合成樹脂製
の印刷ベース層、２は印刷ベース層１の上面に強
固に接着され、印刷面を保護するための保護フイ
ルム層、３は保護フイルム層２上に一時的に弱く
貼着され剥離可能なマスキング層、４はマスキン
グ層３の下側の一端面に剥離を容易にするために
貼着されたフイルムで、このフイルム４は塗装後
の乾燥熱により熱収縮する程度の熱収縮率をそな
えている。各層１，２，３，４の材質はいずれも
塗装工程に耐え得る合成樹脂で、保護フイルム層
２とマスキング層３は透明フイルムを使用する。
又フイルム４と保護フイルム層２間は接着しない
ものとする。しかして、塗装前の製品Ｔの表面に
印刷ベース層１の下面を貼付け、塗装工程終了後
熱収縮フイルム４を引張つて、マスキング層３を

み、フラツトなオープン面に比べ塗装ムラ、タレ
などが発生しやすく美観上問題があるが、上記欠
点を解消する為には、印刷ベース層１の幅L1を
有する非印刷部１ｂを製品Ｔの塗装色と同色とし
ておけばよく、フイルム４の幅L2は非印刷部１
ｂの幅L1よりやや狭くして、塗装時に隙間部Ａ
に入り込んだ塗料が印刷部１ａに影響を及ぼさな
