Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 従来、器具により水栓金具の接続箇所のせま
い場合、作業が困難であり時間を要するので、簡単に取
付けできる接続装置を提供する。 【構成】 器具に固定した水栓（１）に水栓プラグ
（３）を接続し、スパイラル導管（６）を接続した水栓
ソケット（５）を水栓プラグ（３）に接続する装置。こ
の水栓プラグとソケットは、エアープラグとソケットの
方式と同じであるが、プラグにリングパッキンを２箇所
設けて水漏れを防ぎ、水栓プラグ及びソケットにしたも
のである。

この考案は、水栓金具の接続装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、水栓金具の接続は袋ナット又はロックナットを使用していた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
これには、次ぎのような欠点があった。 器具により、水栓金具の接続箇所のせまい場合作業が困難であり、接続時間 を長く必要とした。 本考案は、これらの欠点を除くためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
水栓（１）を水栓固定金具（２）で器具に固定をし、水栓プラグ（３）を袋ナ ット（４）で水栓（１）に接続、水栓ソケット（５）にはスパイラル導管（６） を袋ナット（７）で接続し、水栓ソケット（５）を水栓プラグ（３）に接続する 。 本考案は、以上の構成からなる水栓金具の接続装置である。

【作用】
水栓（１）に固定された水栓プラグ（３）に、スパイラル導管（６）と水栓ソ ケット（５）を接続し、水栓ソケット（５）に設けたスライドソケット（５−１ ）を操作して水栓プラグ（３）に接続固定する。

【実施例】
以下、本案の実施例にっいて説明する。 （イ） 水栓（１）を水栓固定金具（２）で器具に固定し、水栓プラグ（３） を袋ナット（４）で水栓（１）に接続固定する。 また水栓プラグ（３）にはリングパッキン（３−１）（３−２）を設け 、袋ナット（４）にはパッキン（４−１）をもちいる。 （ロ） スパイラル導管（６）と水栓ソケット（５）の接続を、袋ナット（７ ）と水栓ソケット（５）に設けた六角ソケット（５−２）で接続する。 （ハ） 水栓プラグ（３）に水栓ソケット（５）の接続は、水栓ソケット（５ ）に設けたスライドソケット（５−１）の操作により接続固定する。 （ニ） 水栓ソケット（５）は、スライドソケット（５−１）および六角ソケ ット（５−２）からなり、スライドソケット（５−１）の構成はスライドソケッ ト止め（５−３）球（５−４）スプリング（５−５）である。
【０００７】 本案は以上のような構成で、これを使用するときは、器具に水栓（１）を水栓 固定金具（２）で固定し、水栓プラグ（３）を袋ナット（４）で水栓（１）に接 続固定するときに袋ナット（４）にパッキン（４−１）をもちいる。 スパイラル導管（６）と水栓ソケット（５）の接続は、袋ナット（７）と六角 ソケット（５−２）で接続し、水栓プラグ（３）のリングパッキン（３−１）（ ３−２）を確認して、水栓プラグ（３）え水栓ソケット（５）にもうけたスライ ドソケット（５−１）の操作により接続固定する。

【考案の効果】
器具により、水栓金具の取付け箇所がせまい所での接続やとりかえを容易にし 、作業時間の短縮ができる。 なお、この水栓プラグとソケットは、エアープラグ及びソケットの方式と同じ であるが、プラグにリングパッキンを２個所設けて水漏れを防ぎ、水栓プラグ及 びソケット用にしたものである。

  1. 【請求項１】１図に示す水栓（１）を水栓固定金具
    （２）で器具に固定し、水栓プラグ（３）を袋ナット
    （４）で水栓（１）に接続、水栓ソケット（５）とスパ
    イラル導管（６）を袋ナット（７）で接続し、水栓ソケ
    ット（５）を水栓プラグ（３）に接続する水栓金具の接
    続装置。
  2. 【請求項２】請求項１に記載の水栓金具の接続装置にお
    いて、水栓プラグ（３）にリングパッキン（３−１）
    （３−２）を２個所に設けることにより、接続した後の
    水漏れをふせぐ水栓金具の接続装置。
