(Prior art) Conventionally, in cylindrical cutouts for protecting power distribution equipment such as transformers installed on power distribution lines,
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a support portion 53 provided on one side of a mounting band portion 52 fastened to the approximate center of the main body insulator 51 and a support arm mounting bracket 55 fixed to an arm arm 54 are connected. They are removably connected with bolts 56. In order to protect the power distribution equipment from abnormal voltages such as lightning surges, a discharge electrode 57 is provided at the lower end of the main body insulator 51, and a tangent angle 58 whose upper end is attached to the fastening part of the mounting band part 52 the lower end of
The discharge electrode 57 is arranged to form a predetermined discharge gap G2, and the abnormal current based on the abnormal voltage is applied to the discharge gap G2, the twining angle 58, the mounting band portion 52, the support portion 53, and the arm mounting bracket 55. It has been proposed to allow the water to escape through the arms 54.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, since the upper end of the above-mentioned tangling angle 58 is attached to the fastening part of the mounting band part 52, it is impossible to remove it by using the normal main body insulator and the mounting bracket. This results in the formation of a protruding part other than the shape, which not only increases the size of the package, but also makes the tangling angle 58 susceptible to external force during packaging, transportation, etc., and the gap adjustment at the time of shipment from the factory is disrupted, causing the original function to deteriorate. There is a possibility that the discharge action will be hindered.

The purpose of this invention is to allow the installation of the sparkle angle while adjusting the discharge gap at the factory shipping stage without making any special changes to the main body insulator of the cylindrical cutout or complicating the structure. To provide an entanglement angle mounting structure for a helical cylindrical cutout on which external force is difficult to apply and the package appearance of the cutout as a whole does not become large even after the entanglement angle is attached.

Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a discharge part for discharging abnormal current such as lightning surge to the outside at the end of the cylindrical main insulator. On the other hand, a mounting bracket consisting of a mounting band portion corresponding to the outer circumferential surface of the body and a connecting portion corresponding to the cross-piece mounting bracket is fastened to the body of the main insulator, and a tangling angle fixed to the mounting bracket is fastened to the body of the main insulator. In the cylindrical cut-out spiral angle mounting structure in which a discharge gap is formed between the tip of the fitting and the discharge part, the connecting part of the mounting bracket is formed to have an inverted channel shape in cross section, and the tip of the connecting part is formed with a reverse channel shape. The part is provided with a through hole through which a mounting bolt or the like is inserted when connecting with the cross arm mounting bracket side, while the above-mentioned tangent angle is provided with a reinforcing rib in its longitudinal direction, and the proximal end of the tangent angle is provided with a reinforcing rib in the longitudinal direction. It has a shape that fits inside or outside of the connecting portion, and is fitted and fixed at a position near the proximal end of the connecting portion.

(Function) In other words, the sparkling angle is adjusted by adjusting the discharge gap with the discharge part provided on the insulator side of the main body at the time of shipment from the factory, and by adjusting the base of the connection part so that it protrudes in the same direction as the connection part of the mounting bracket. It is supported and fixed in a non-rotatable position near the end. Furthermore, the reinforcing ribs provide strength against bending at the tangling angle. The mounting bracket is connected to the arm mounting bracket at the distal end of the connecting portion.

Now, to explain the operation of the cylindrical cut-out triangulation angle mounting structure configured above, the connection part 1 of the mounting bracket 17 is
The proximal end 19 of the helical angle 18 is held unrotatably to the inside of 6 through a locking piece 21 and fixed with a rivet 20, and the bolt 22 is adjusted appropriately to set the discharge gap G to a proper position. set to the value. Therefore, when packed and shipped, the tangling angle 18 extends along the outer shape of the main body 1, and the mounting bracket 17
Since it protrudes in the same direction as the connecting part 16 and does not protrude in a different direction, it not only makes the packaging more compact and makes it easier to pack, but also makes it difficult for the helical entanglement angle to receive external force, so even if it is exposed to external force. Even if the mounting bracket 17 does not rotate relative to the connecting part 16,
The discharge gap G setting does not change. or,
Since the mounting band portion 15 is not affected by external forces related to the shear angle 18, the mounting band portion 15
The fastened parts will not loosen or deform.

A pair of mounting plate portions 37 are provided on both sides of the engaging portion 36 in a protruding manner. Bolt holes 38 are transparently provided in the mounting plate portion 37 in correspondence with the elongated holes 34 of the connecting portion 16, and a pair of locking pieces protrudes inwardly at the upper end of the mounting plate portion 37. 39 is bent in correspondence with the upper surface of the connecting portion 16 to form a base end portion having a substantially square cross section. Then, the proximal end portion formed by the engaging portion 36, the mounting plate portion 37, and the locking piece 39 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the connecting portion 16, and the above-mentioned twining angle 35 falls downward and the connecting portion 16 is By preventing rotation, inserting bolts 40 into the elongated holes 34 and bolt holes 38, and tightening nuts (not shown) inside the connecting portions 16, the twining angles 35 are firmly suspended and supported. Ru. By loosening this bolt 40 and moving it within the elongated hole 34 and bolt hole 38, the tangent angle 35 approaches and separates from the main insulator 1, and the tip end 35a of the tangent angle 35
The discharge gap G between the discharge electrode 13 and the discharge electrode 13 can be adjusted.

Effects of the invention As detailed above, according to the invention, the tangling angle is measured at the connection point of the mounting bracket at the factory shipping stage, separate from the work of connecting the mounting bracket to the arm mounting bracket, which is performed on the column. Not only is it easy to adjust the discharge gap, but the above-mentioned tangle angle is fitted and fixed in a non-rotatable manner to the connecting part of the mounting bracket, and the reinforcing ribs improve the strength against bending. As a result, even if an external force is applied to the shear angle, the discharge gap set during factory shipping will not be disturbed, and the projecting direction of the shear angle as viewed from the axis of the main insulator will be connected. Since the direction is the same as that of the cutout, unlike the conventional method, there is no need to increase the size of the entire cutout at the shipping stage, which is an excellent effect for industrial use.

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A discharging part for discharging abnormal current such as lightning surge to the outside is provided at the end of the cylindrical main insulator, and the body of the main insulator is provided with a discharging portion on the outer peripheral surface of the body. A mounting bracket consisting of a mounting band portion corresponding to the mounting bracket and a connecting portion corresponding to the cross arm mounting bracket is tightened, and a discharge gap is formed between the distal end of the tangling angle fixed to the mounting bracket and the discharge portion. In the cylindrical cut-out, the connecting part 16 of the mounting bracket 17 is formed in a reverse channel shape in cross section, and a mounting bolt or the like is inserted into the tip of the connecting part 16 when connecting it to the arm mounting bracket 25 side. The twining angles 18 and 35 are provided with reinforcing ribs 18a in the longitudinal direction.
18b, and the shear angle 18, 35
A cylindrical cut-out interlocking angle characterized in that the base end portions 19 and 36 of are shaped to fit inside or outside the connecting portion 16 and are fitted and fixed at a position near the base end of the connecting portion 16. Mounting structure.
