Conventionally, there has been a patch having a drug-containing adhesive layer formed by applying a drug-containing adhesive, for example, a required amount of a steroid agent, onto the surface of a base material made of polyethylene, polypropylene, or other plastic film or sheet. It is used for the same purpose as traditional occlusive therapy. These adhesive materials include, for example, sheet-like sheets measuring approximately 5 to 7.5 cm x 10 cm square, and roll-form materials in which long sheets of approximately 5 to 7.5 cm wide and 2 m long are wound around a core. , when used to treat small generalized diseases such as prurigo nodularis,
Either use scissors or the like to cut it into a small piece that corresponds to the affected area of the minor disease and stick it on, or you can leave it as is and stick it on the affected area and the normal area outside of it without cutting it. However, the former method requires the use of scissors or other cutlery, and the latter method is not only uneconomical, but also has adverse effects on normal skin due to side effects of drugs and adhesives. There are some drawbacks such as:

This project uses an embossed plastic base material that forms a drug-containing adhesive layer, and can be easily cut to any size with one's hands. Effective treatment can be achieved by applying it to the affected area, without using unnecessary patches, and without causing rash or other adverse effects on the normal skin area.

The present invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment. A base material 1 is formed by embossing a flexible non-breathable plastic film or sheet such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinylidene chloride, etc., and having the required molding 2. An adhesive layer 3 is formed by uniformly applying a required amount of an acrylic, rubber, silicone, vinyl ether, or other adhesive containing the required agent to the molding surface or the back surface of this embossed plastic base material. If necessary, a releasable coating 4 made of plastic or other film constituting the base material is adhered to the adhesive layer.

The above plastic film or sheet is embossed using an embossing roll type or an embossing flat plate type, and is heated and pressurized to form a cylindrical, conical, or truncated conical shape, or a square prism, a square pyramid, or a regular square pyramid. Small protrusions such as table-shaped protrusions are arranged vertically and horizontally in a regular pattern such as a lattice with narrow intervals, and the surroundings of these various small protrusions are recessed to form thin valleys extending vertically and horizontally. However, no through holes should be formed. If through-holes are formed, for example, when a drug-containing adhesive layer is formed, a sealing therapy effect cannot be obtained. The embossing process can be performed in the same manner even after the adhesive layer is formed on the base material surface when it is formed on the surface opposite to the adhesive layer.

As for the constituent drugs of the drug-containing adhesive layer, those blended in conventional adhesive components can be used as appropriate. For example, steroids include fludroxycortide, fluocinolone acetonide, frednisolone, betamethasone valerate, hydrocortisone, hydrocortisone butyrate, and others, which provide highly effective patches. In addition to the above-mentioned films or sheets constituting the base material and the releasable coating, the above-mentioned laminated films or sheets of the same or different types, the laminated films or sheets of cellophane or paper and the above-mentioned plastic film, and particularly excellent impermeability. If this is required, a plastic film, sheet, etc. laminated with aluminum foil or other metal foil can be used as appropriate.

Next, referring to the drawings, an example of manufacturing the adhesive material of the present invention will be described. When a polyethylene film is extruded, pyramid-shaped small protrusions are arranged in a grid pattern on the circumference at intervals ( Heat (temperature 230±2℃) and pressurize (emboss pressure
50±2Kg/cm 2 ) and passed through, forming a small pyramid-shaped protrusion with reverse unevenness on one side corresponding to the embossing roll mold, and the circumference of the small protrusion is vertically and horizontally shaped. A polyethylene film base material with continuous valleys is obtained. An acrylic adhesive containing 0.1% (solid content) of fludroxycortide was uniformly applied to the non-embossed surface of this base material at a rate of 40 g/m 2 (solid content). A patch containing 4 μg/m 2 of the following was obtained.
This patch can be easily cut with your fingertips into pieces several millimeters wide both vertically and horizontally depending on its troughs, and can be cut into rectangular or square shapes of the required size to treat prurigo nodularis, insect bites, etc. It can be applied to the affected area and used for treatment. In addition, in addition to the above, it can be easily cut into an L-shape or any other shape and size for use, so if you know the drug content per unit and the name of the drug contained, you can select the necessary drug according to the disease. A patch in the desired shape and size containing the desired amount can be applied to the affected area, allowing for effective treatment through transdermal absorption of the drug, and also preventing side effects caused by the use of more drugs than necessary. can.

The above-mentioned adhesive material was cut to an appropriate size, and the appropriate number of sheets were sealed in a bag, container, etc. made of a material such as an impermeable film, and the back surface was formed using a base material with removability. The long adhesive material can be made into an appropriate width, wound around a core, sealed in a container made of an impermeable material, and supplied to the market.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it can be easily cut to an appropriate size with one's hands (so-called hand-cutting), and can be cut to the required size and shape depending on the purpose and location of use. It is easy to use, can produce excellent therapeutic effects by using the required amount of drug depending on the disease, etc., and is extremely useful as it has a simple structure and is easy to use.
