本考案のシヤツターの構造は、2枚の金属製の

素体4の下端面に嵌合凹部6を形成し、下のパネ

部6に弾性を有する気密材7を装填し、嵌合突部
5にパネル素体4の厚さ方向に間隔を隔てて食い
込み突起5a,5aを表裏の金属製の外皮1,2
を突曲して形成し、食い込み突起5a,5aのパ
ネル素体4の厚さ方向の中心部側の外皮1,2の
端縁片1a,2aと、食い込み突起5aと対向す
る嵌合凹部6側の外皮1,2の端縁片1a,2a
とは硬質発泡合成樹脂3に深くかつ略等間隔に略
平行に埋入されて成るものであつて、このような
構成を採用することで、上記した本考案の目的を
達成したものである。すなわち本考案にあつて
は、パネル素体4として2枚の外皮1,2の間に
硬質発泡合成樹脂3を充填したものを用いるの
で、パネル素体4そのものが断熱性及び気密性を
有しており、しかも、上のパネル素体4の下端面
に嵌合凹部6を形成し、下のパネル素体4の上端
面に嵌合突部5を形成し、嵌合凹部6に弾性を有
する気密材7を装填し、嵌合突部5にパネル素体
4の厚さ方向に間隔を隔てて食い込み突起5a,
5aを表裏の金属製の外皮1,2を突曲して形成
してあるから、パネル素体4,4を上下に突き合
わせてシヤツターを閉成するのに、嵌合突部5が
嵌合凹部6に入つて嵌合凹部6内の気密材7を圧
縮するとともに嵌合突部5において表裏の金属製
の外皮1,2を突曲して形成した一対の食い込み
突起5a,5aが気密材7に食い込み、シヤツタ
ーの閉成状態において充分な気密性と水密性を得
ることができ、加えて、食い込み突起5a,5a
側のパネル素体4の厚さ方向の中心部側の外皮
1,2の端縁片1a,2aと、食い込み突起5
a,5aと対向する嵌合凹部6側の外皮1,2の

た固着具11を外皮1を介して帯板12に固着し
てある。上下に隣り合うパネル素体4の対向端面
部のいずれか一方に嵌合突部5が突設してあり、
いずれか他方に嵌合突部5と嵌合自在な嵌合凹部
6が設けてある。ここで上記嵌合突部5乃至嵌合
凹部6のうち少なくとも一方に弾性を有する気密
材7が設けてあり、図面の実施例では嵌合凹部6
に気密材7が設けてある。パネル素体4の左右両
端部にはころ13が取り付けてある。第6図の実
施例では端部に位置する蝶番8の一方の蝶番板部
10にころ支持部10aを設け、このこの支持部
10aにころ13が回転自在に支持してある。建
物の開口部の両側には縦レール14が設けてあ
り、縦レール14の上端から横レール15が屋内
側の天井下に連設してある。つまり縦レール14
と横レール15とで略逆L字状のレールが構成し
てある。シヤツター9は各ころ13を左右のレー
ルに走行自在にはめ込んであり、シヤツター9を
縦レール14に位置させた時に建物の開口部を閉
じ、シヤツター9を移動して横レールに位置させ
た時に建物の開口部を開放するようになつてい
る。シヤツター9は開閉手段16により開閉する
ものである。第3図には開閉手段16の一例が示
してある。この実施例にあつては、プーリ17に
巻廻したワイヤ18の下端を最下段のパネル素体
4に連結し、このプーリ17をモータ21により
回転してシヤツター9レールに沿つて移動させる
ようになつている。第3図において19はプーリ
17の軸20に巻き廻されたコイルスプリングで
あつて、このコイルスプリング19は軸20に対
してシヤツター9を引き上げて開放する方向のば
ね力を付与しているものであり、モータ21の回
転によるシヤツター9の引き上げに要する力を小
さくする役目をしている。この実施例ではプーリ
17、ワイヤ18、コイルスプリング19、軸2
0、モータ21等により開閉手段16が構成して
ある。第4図においては、横レール15に略平行
にレール体22を設け、レール体22にモータ2
4の駆動により走行する走行体23を設け、この
走行体23とシヤツター9の上端部とを連結体2
6とで回動自在に連結し、走行体23の走行によ
りシヤツター9を開閉するようになつている。ま
たこの実施例でも軸24に巻き廻したコイルスプ
リング25はシヤツター9の引き上げ時における
引き上げ力を小さくするための役目をしている。
しかしてシヤツター9を横レール15から縦レー
ル14に移動させて建物の開口部を閉じた場合、
第1図、第2図の実線のように嵌合突部5と嵌合
凹部6が嵌合し、この嵌合により気密材7が圧縮
されてパネル素体4同士の接続部分の断熱性及び
気密性が確保されるものである。一方建物の開口
部を開放する場合には、シヤツター9を引き上げ
て縦レール14から横レール15に移動させるこ
とにより行うものである。この場合、縦レール1
4から横レール15、横レール15から縦レール
14へと移動する際、パネル素体4同士は蝶番8
部分で第2図の想像線のように折られて移動する

の厚さ方向に間隔を隔てて食い込み突起を表裏の
金属製の外皮を突曲して形成してあるから、パネ
ル素体を上下に突き合わせてシヤツターを閉成す
るのに、嵌合突部が嵌合凹部に入つて嵌合凹部内
の気密材を圧縮するとともに嵌合突部において表
裏の金属製の外皮を突曲して形成した一対の食い
込み突起が気密材に食い込み、シヤツターの閉成
状態において充分な気密性と水密性を得ることが
できるという利点がある。つまり、表裏の金属製
の外皮を有効に利用して、これらを食い込み突起
となし、弾性を備えた気密材に対して表裏に間隔
を隔てた一対の食い込み突起が充分に食い込み、
