Then, the vibration of the weight is transmitted to the structure supporting the sliding guide member via the sliding guide member. This structure is often in general the object that is actually to be damped, so that in the case mentioned above it may give rise to secondary vibrations. Further, when the sliding guide member is provided, the vibration with small acceleration cannot overcome the frictional resistance force between the weight and the sliding guide member,
As a result, in such a vibration, the vibration energy of the weight is directly transmitted to the sliding guide member without being absorbed by the energy absorbing device, and the vibration with a small acceleration generated in the structure is not effectively attenuated. Become. Further, since the conventional dynamic vibration absorber is provided with the sliding guide member as described above, it requires a large installation place and is difficult to apply to the floor of a general house.

The viscoelastic members arranged between the plate-like elastic members so that shear stress along the plate surface of the plate-like elastic member is internally generated by bending the plate-like elastic member, and the outer peripheral end of the plate-like elastic member is set as a free end. And a pair of plate-like elastic members are supported by the plate-like elastic member, one end of which is fixed to the plate-like elastic member and the other end of which is attached to the vibration source. By attaching this weight, the cycle of vibrations that can be absorbed by the dynamic vibration absorbing device can be adjusted preferably. Such adjustment can also be performed by plate members sandwiching a pair of plate-like elastic members.

Of course it's good. In the case of a viscoelastic member using rubber, it is preferable to bond this to a plate-shaped elastic member by vulcanization adhesion, but bending of the plate-shaped elastic member causes internal shear stress along the plate surface of the plate-shaped elastic member. Alternatively, the pair of plate-like elastic members and the viscoelastic member may be joined to each other by another joining method. It goes without saying that the combination of the pair of plate-like elastic members and the viscoelastic member may be embodied by so-called damping steel plates.

Therefore, according to the present invention, for example, the mounting member may be provided with a combination of a plurality of pairs of plate-like elastic members and viscoelastic members, and in this case, each of the plurality of natural vibration periods of the structure is It is advisable to form each set of a combination of a pair of plate-like elastic members and a viscoelastic member so as to be responsible for damping. By the way, the example of the above combination is a three-layer structure consisting of a pair of plate-like elastic members and viscoelastic members, for example, three or more layers by alternately arranging the plate-like elastic members and viscoelastic member members, That is, it goes without saying that it may be a combination of a multi-layer plate elastic member and a viscoelastic member. In other words, according to the present invention, at least a pair of plate-like elastic members arranged to face each other and a viscoelastic member arranged between the plate-like elastic members may be provided.

Good. And the viscoelastic member does not need to be arranged over the entire space between the plate-like elastic members,
It may be arranged in a distributed manner. Further, the weights provided for adjusting the vibration cycle for absorbing the vibration do not necessarily have to be arranged at the peripheral portion of the plate-like elastic member or over the entire peripheral portion, and may be dispersed, and in some cases other than the peripheral portion. It may be arranged and provided in the.

Then, when the floor of the house is vibrated by, for example, walking of a person, this vibration is transmitted to a combination body of a pair of plate-like elastic members and a viscoelastic member, which are arranged opposite to each other, through one end of the mounting member. With the fulcrum as a fulcrum, the free ends of the pair of plate-like elastic members vibrate with the phase shifted by about 90 ° with respect to the natural frequency of the floor. Due to the bending of the plate-shaped elastic member caused by this vibration, shear stress is generated inside the viscoelastic member along the plate surface of the plate-shaped elastic member, and viscous shear stress of the viscoelastic member generates vibration energy as much as possible. It decays quickly. Further, due to the viscous shear stress of the viscoelastic member, the vibration of the plate-like elastic member is quickly attenuated after the vibration of the floor is suppressed.

One end 6 is fixed to the central portion (fulcrum) of the disk-shaped plate-shaped elastic members 2 and 3. The thickness t of each of the plate-like elastic members 2 and 3, the distance from the fulcrum to the free end, that is, the radius r, is the cycle of the vibration to be absorbed, that is, the natural vibration of the floor 9 to which the main vibration absorbing device 1 is applied. The phase is set to be shifted by 90 ° with respect to the cycle, and as an example, a thickness of 3 mm, a radius of 250 mm, and a mass of 4.6 kg can be exemplified.

As a result of the viscoelastic member 4 being strongly and rigidly bonded to the plate-like elastic members 2 and 3, the bending of the plate-like elastic members 2 and 3 causes viscous shear stress along the plate surface of the plate-like elastic member, that is, It is generated inside the viscoelastic member 4 along the direction A.

And the through holes 18 and 19 of the plate-like elastic members 2 and 3 and the viscoelastic member 4 respectively.
And 20 are arranged, and the nut 7 is screwed onto the external thread portion 17, whereby the plate-like elastic members 2 and 3 and the viscoelastic member 4 are firmly fixed to the one end 6 of the mounting member 11. The base 16 is fixed to the floor 9 via screws 21 etc., and thus the mounting member 11 is attached to the floor 9 at the other end 8.
Is attached to the lower surface 10 of the. In addition, the floor 9 generally does not have only one natural vibration period but has a plurality of vibration modes. Therefore, the dynamic vibration absorbing device 1 of the present example formed in this way has a vibration mode of the vibration mode to be absorbed. It is placed on the floor 9 where the belly occurs.

When a vibration in the B direction is generated on the floor 9 due to a person walking or the like, this vibration is transmitted to the plate-like elastic members 2 and 3 via the mounting member 11, and the plate-like elastic member 2 is then transmitted. 2 and 3 vibrate with one end 6 of the mounting member 11 serving as a fulcrum with a phase shift of 90 ° in the C direction, as shown in FIG.
This vibration causes bending of the plate-shaped elastic members 2 and 3. By this bending of the plate-like elastic members 2 and 3, viscous shear stress is generated inside the viscoelastic member 4 along the plate surfaces of the plate-like elastic members 2 and 3, that is, along the A direction, and Due to the generation of the shear stress, the vibration energy of the plate-like elastic members 2 and 3, and eventually the vibration energy of the floor 9, is attenuated as quickly as possible, and as a result, the vibration of the floor 9 is immediately eliminated.

In the case of using, the disk-shaped plate-like elastic member 2 functions as a reflection plate for the vibration sound generated on the floor 9, so that the sound insulation effect can be expected. In addition, the phase of the sound generated as a result of the vibration generated on the floor 9 and the phase of the sound generated as a result of the vibration of the plate-shaped elastic members 2 and 3 are opposite to each other at a position away from the dynamic vibration absorbing device 1. When the distance L between the plate-like elastic member 2 and the plate-like elastic member 2 is set, in other words, when the length of the mounting member 11 is selected, the dynamic vibration-damping device 1 also has a sound deadening function. The vibration noise of can be effectively reduced.

And 3 and the viscoelastic member 4 are made to have different diameters so as to damp vibrations of a plurality of different natural vibration periods, but instead of this, a combination of the plate-like elastic members 2 and 3 and the viscoelastic member 4 is used. In the three sets, the thickness or the mass thereof may be changed, or the weights 41 and 42 or the plate members 71 and 72 described above may be provided so that vibrations of a plurality of different natural vibration periods are damped by one dynamic vibration absorbing device. It's good.

A shearing stress is generated along the plate surface of the plate-like elastic member, and the vibrational energy is attenuated as quickly as possible by the shearing stress of the viscoelastic member. The vibration can be effectively damped, and in addition, it does not require much installation space and, in some cases, the noise accompanying the vibration can be reduced.
