間に糸が入り込んでしまつて、縫い糸に正しく挾

めに糸案内を糸調子皿から離して設けたものでは
糸の案内位置がバラツクといつた問題点があつ

ジ7の外周に嵌合する糸調子ツマミ9に固着の糸
調子目盛10の目盛を前記糸調子指示板8の指示
マーク8bに合わせるために糸調子ツマミを回転
させることにより、前記つまみリードネジ7を回
転せしめて前記糸調子軸1上を軸方向に移動して
前記糸調子バネ5のバネ長さを変化させて押圧力
を変化させることにより前記一対の糸調子皿2と

調子器の如く糸調子ツマミと糸調子皿、あるいは
糸調子皿と取付け面との間への誤挿入を防止する
ことが出来、更に前記開口部に縫い糸の位置決め
を行なう案内ピンにより糸調子皿の間の糸の位置
が一定にすることになり安定した糸張力を付与す
