Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 プリント基板、各種コネクタ等から成るバッ
クボードの検査に使う検査アダプタが多数本のケーブル
により重いため、作業性が悪く作業時間が大となること
及びバックボードのコネクタ破損を防ぐ。 【構成】 モジュール６がコンタクトピン２の上部に直
に接続されることによりケーブル接続を無くし、モジュ
ール６をケース９内に収納できる。これにより検査アダ
プタ１の重量が大幅に軽減されるため、作業性が非常に
向上し、作業時間の短縮ができ、バックボードのコネク
タ破損を防ぐ。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は検査アダプタに関し、特
にプリント基板，各種コネクタ，機構品及びコネクタピ
ン間の布線等から成るバックボードのパターンのオープ
ン，ショート，コネクタの接続不良，誤配線等の有無を
検査する際に使用する検査アダプタに関する。

【従来の技術】従来の検査アダプタは検査アダプタの各
コンタクトピンと所定の筺体に収納したテスト回路を有
するモジュール間を多大な本数のケーブルによって接続
する構造となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】この従来の検査アダプ
タでは、検査アダプタの各コンタクトピンと所定の筺体
に収納したテスト回路を有するモジュール間を多大な本
数のケーブルによって接続しているので検査装置は極め
て大きくなり、検査アダプタ部の重量も非常に重くなる
ため検査アダプタの接続作業性が悪く、作業時間も大と
なり、またバックボードのコネクタを破損する可能性が
あるという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、バックボード
の良否を検査する際に使用する検査アダプタにおいて、
テスト回路を有するＬＳＩを搭載したモジュールのピン
を前記バックボードに接続するためのコンタクトピンに
直に接続し前記モジュールを内蔵したことを特徴とす
る。

【実施例】次に本発明について図面を参照して説明す
る。
【０００６】図１は本発明の一実施例の検査アダプタの
断面図である。
【０００７】フランジ４に複数のコンタクトピン２が打
込まれたプリント基板３を位置決め固定する。プリント
基板３には図２に示すハウジング１１がコンタクトピン
２それぞれを四角の穴内に位置させコンタクトピン２が
曲げられる等してピン２の上部の位置がずれるのを防止
するために取り付けられ、ハウジング１１にスライドカ
バー１２が摺動可能なように取り付けられる。
【０００８】図３に示すようにスライドカバー１２に設
けられた複数の穴にモジュール６の底面に植設されたピ
ン７を貫通させてスライドカバー１２上にモジュール６
を搭載する。スライドカバー１２を図の左側へ寄せてお
けば各コンタクトピン２の上部にスライドカバー１２に
設けたピンが接触し、ピン７は接触していない。スライ
ドカバー１２を方向Ａへ押して図の右側へ動かすと図４
に示すようにスライドカバー１２のピンはコンタクトピ
ンより外れピン７それぞれがコンタクトピン３に接触す
るようになる。
【０００９】最後に制御ケーブル９及びチェーンケーブ
ル１０をモジュール６に接続し、ケース８をフランジ４
に取付ける。
【００１０】モジュール６に搭載されたテスト回路を有
するＬＳＩ５，ピン７，制御ケーブル９及びチェーンケ
ーブル１０はプリント配線および布線により電気的に接
続されている。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明は、テスト回
路を有するＬＳＩを搭載したモジュールを検査アダプタ
のコンタクトピンに直に接続し、モジュールを検査アダ
プタのケース内に内蔵することにより、検査アダプタを
外部と接続するケーブルは制御ケーブル１本のみとな
り、検査装置の縮小化及び検査アダプタの軽量化ができ
るため検査アダプタの接続作業性が非常に向上し、作業
時間の短縮及びバックボードのコネクタの破損率の低減
等の効果を有する。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 バックボードの良否を検査する際に使用
    する検査アダプタにおいて、テスト回路を有するＬＳＩ
    を搭載したモジュールのピンを前記バックボードに接続
    するためのコンタクトピンに直に接続し前記モジュール
    を内蔵したことを特徴とする検査アダプタ。
