の一面に重ねた上記緩衝材をそれらの両縁部に
おいて熱融着して薄板状の複合体を形成する複
合体形成用熱融着装置と、上記複合体を熱融着
された上記両縁部が重なるように折り合わせる
半折機構、及び、折り合わされた上記複合体を
その折曲部に対して直角な方向の熱融着部を適
宜間隔をあけて複数条設ける製袋用熱融着機構
を有する半折熱融着装置とを具備し、上記半折
機構は、上記複合体を所定位置に位置決めする
位置決め部と、位置決めされた上記複合体の中
央部を該複合体に直角な方向から上記両縁部に
平行に押圧する半折板と、押圧された複合体を
挟持してその中央部から折り込む一対の折込コ
ンベアとを有していることを特徴とする緩衝封
筒の製袋機。 (2) 複合体形成用熱融着装置が、外装紙及び緩衝
材を重ねた状態で載置する載置部と、該載置部
上に載置される上記外装紙の両縁部に当接して
該外装紙を所定位置に位置決めする外装紙用ス
トツパーと、上記外装紙上に重ねられる上記緩
衝材の一縁部に当接して該緩衝材を所定位置に
