By the way, the blanket body of a conventional electric blanket is made of a front fabric 21 of single weave, as shown in FIG. 5, for example.
Usually, it is made by raising a layered fabric 23 in which a backing fabric 22 and a backing fabric 22 are partially bound with a binding thread 24. When far-infrared emitting ceramics are attached to the blanket body having such a structure, if the ceramics are attached to the weft threads 25, it becomes difficult to raise the weft threads to be raised, the raised state is poor, and the ceramics adhere to the wool. As a result, there are problems such as the ceramic being uncomfortable to the touch and part of the ceramic peeling off during raising. If the ceramic is attached to the warp threads 26, when the warp threads are shedding, the ceramic will become a part of the shedding member of the loom. In addition to the problem of damage to the member due to constant friction, and the peeling off of the ceramic due to friction, the warp threads also receive some raising, so there are problems similar to those of the weft threads. When the ceramic is attached to the binding thread 24, the binding thread is only used partially, so there is a problem that the far-infrared emitting ceramic does not spread over the entire surface of the blanket.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention In view of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a method that, when far-infrared emitting ceramics are added to the blanket body of an electric blanket, the ceramics do not affect the napping. Without damaging the opening member of the loom,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a means for attaching ceramics that does not peel off and can cover the entire surface of a blanket.

(d) Means for solving the problem The means adopted to solve the above problem will be explained using the drawings of the embodiment. A folded fabric 3 having a joint part 4 and a tunnel part 5 formed between them is raised 6, 7, and an electric heater wire 8 is arranged in the tunnel part 5 using the joint part 4 as a guide. In the blanket, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a front fabric 1 and a back fabric 2 constituting a layered fabric 3
Weaving both or either one of them into a weft double weave,
The present invention relates to an electric blanket characterized in that the inner weft 10 of the wefts 9 and 10 of the double-weft fabric is coated with ceramics having a property of emitting far infrared rays.

(e) Functions and Effects In the present invention, both or one of the front fabric 1 and the back fabric 2 constituting the layered fabric 3 of the electric blanket main body is a double weft weave, and the weft 9 of the double weft fabric, 10
Since the weft yarns 10 located on the inside are coated with far-infrared emitting ceramics, the coated yarns are inside the layered fabric 3 and do not participate in the raising, and the raising occurs with respect to the weft yarns 9 located on the outside. Since the weft yarn 9 is not coated with ceramics, it is easy to raise and the condition of the raised hair is good, and since there is no ceramic attached to the hair, it feels good on the skin, and there is no risk of the ceramic peeling off due to raising. do not have. Furthermore, since the ceramic coating is applied to the weft rather than the warp, there is no risk that the ceramic will be damaged by rubbing against the shedding member of the loom during shedding movement of the warp, or that the ceramic will peel off. The far-infrared radioactive ceramics have 10 wefts that are spread over the entire surface of the blanket.
The heating effect of far infrared rays extends over the entire surface of the blanket.
