案内軸3に摺動自在に嵌合されるとともに嵌合孔
10に嵌合された円筒15と、軸受孔16とが一
体的に形成されている。ベルト7はやや硬い合成
樹脂により形成されているが可撓性を有し、外面
には複数の突起17が等間隔で形成され、内面に
