When opening and closing the guard, the vertical shaft 21 of the guard enters the insertion hole 23 of the top plate 22 and the insertion hole 25 of the lower reflector 24 to close it, so manually insert the lower end of the guard's vertical shaft 21 into the lower reflector. 24 and pull it out from the insertion hole 25, lower the vertical shaft 21 while twisting it toward the front side of the lower reflector 25, and pull out the upper end from the insertion hole 23 of the top plate 22, and continue with the left rotation shaft (not shown). It was designed to rotate around the .

The problem is that the deep structure makes it difficult to work even with both hands.

According to this configuration, if the stove body falls down due to an earthquake or is accidentally knocked down, the guard will easily open due to the impact when the stove body falls down, causing the high-temperature combustion tube 28 to fly out, which is dangerous. It was hot.

The guard has one vertical shaft, which serves as a rotating shaft, rotatably supported by the top plate and the lower reflector, and the other vertical shaft has protrusions having different protruding directions at intervals vertically at the lower end thereof. and the lower reflector is provided with an insertion hole into which the protrusion at the lowest end of the vertical shaft is inserted, and the insertion hole is an elongated hole diagonally inward toward the rear of the lower reflector, and the length of the insertion hole is The rear portion of the hole is provided with a notch that substantially matches the protrusion on the lower side of the vertical shaft.

The lower end of the guard can be removed from the reflector by lifting it when it meets the notch. In other words, since the upper end of the guard is free, the guard can be opened easily. In addition, the protrusion on the lower side of the lower end of the vertical axis of the guard, when normally closed, goes under the lower reflector, so that it will not come off even if the instrument falls over and receives a shock.

A lower reflector plate 3 is fastened to the middle part with screws, etc., and a guard 4 is placed on the front side to allow the radiant heat of the combustion tube 5 to pass through and to protect the combustion tube 5 from being directly touched by children. doing. This guard 4 has the upper and lower ends of one vertical shaft 6 serving as a rotating shaft passed through the insertion hole 7 of the top plate 2 and the insertion hole 8 of the lower reflector 3, respectively, and a protrusion 6 provided at the lower end of this vertical shaft.

The uppermost part of the horizontal axis 9 of the guard has a bent part 9a, which is in contact with the reflecting plate 11 to maintain the vertical axis of the vertical axis 10. Further, at the lower end of the vertical shaft 10, there are two sets of protrusions 12, 1 having different protruding directions.

できる状態となる。 Next, the method for opening the guard is shown in Figures 3 and 4.
This will be explained using figures. First, as shown in FIG. 3, the guard vertical shaft 10 is moved in the direction of arrow A along the insertion hole 14 provided in the lower reflector 3. Since the guard 4 is made of wire, it will easily bend even if the span is long, even with a small amount of force. The vertical shaft 10 is provided with protrusions 12 and 13, but their protruding directions are different, so the notch 1 of the insertion hole 14
5, only the protrusion 13 matches, allowing it to pass through the insertion hole 14.

It comes off from hole 14. In this state, if the guard 4 is pulled in the direction of the front side (arrow C), the guard 4 can be easily opened around the vertical axis 6, which is the axis of rotation. Then, maintenance and cleaning of the combustion tube 5 and lower reflector 3, ignition with a match, etc. can be performed. When closing the guard 4, if the protrusion 13 is inserted into the insertion hole 14 by the reverse operation, the vertical axis 10 will be aligned with the insertion hole 1 due to the spring properties of the guard.

す。 On the other hand, even if the appliance falls with the guard set, the stove will fall back and forth or left and right and come into contact with the floor, applying impact to the guard, as shown in Figure 2. The lower protrusion 13 of the vertical shaft 10, which has sunk into the lower surface, prevents it from coming off, and the notch 15 that matches the protrusion 13 prevents the impact force from being applied to the rear side of the insertion hole 14, that is, in the direction perpendicular to the guard 4. Since the protrusion 13 is provided in an oblique direction, the protrusion 13 will not inadvertently align with the notch 15 and fall out, and since the insertion hole 14 is slanted, the impact force will be reduced when the instrument falls. Even if the lower end of the vertical shaft 10 tries to move backward due to the reaction, the movement resistance increases and it becomes almost impossible to move, so the lower end of the vertical shaft of the guard 4 does not come off the lower reflector 3, and the high-temperature combustion tube 5 The danger of falling out of the equipment and rolling on the floor is eliminated. Note that a reliable effect can be obtained if the insertion hole 14 is inclined at an angle of 30 degrees or more. If it is tilted more than 60 degrees, it will be difficult to open and close, so a value somewhere in between is desirable. Also, the longer the length of the insertion hole 14, the more difficult it will be to come off, but from the viewpoint of ease of opening and closing (deflection of the guard), it should be 8 mm or more.
A value of mm or less is appropriate. Further, if the protrusion 13 on the lower side of the guard vertical shaft 10 is smaller and the protrusion 12 on the upper side is larger, it will be easier to enter the insertion hole 14 and the position will be easier to determine. The distance between these protrusions 12 and 13 is 1.5
A gap of ~2 mm increases the smoothness of opening and closing and the reliability of preventing the guard 4 from coming off when the instrument falls.

増える利点がある。 FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the protrusion 13 on the lower side of the guard vertical shaft 10 is formed by bending the vertical shaft itself, which has the advantage of providing the same effects as the above-mentioned case, as well as additional advantages in processing.

リツトも大きい。Effects of the Invention As described above, in the present invention, two protrusions are provided at the lower end of the vertical shaft at the other end of the guard, and the insertion hole of the lower reflector is an oblique oblong hole with a notch at the rear thereof. When the vertical axis on the rotary shaft side is rotated, the insertion hole will be located on a straight line close to the movement line drawn by the vertical axis on the other end, so if a person manually opens and closes it, it will be extremely difficult. It is easy to open and close the guard. In addition, since the kerosene stove is approximately rectangular in shape,
The fall (the impact of falling and hitting the floor) is always in the front and back or right and left directions, and the force applied to the guard is only from one of these components. Therefore, even if the guard tries to move along the diagonal insertion hole, it will encounter great resistance and will not come off. This prevents the guard from opening and the combustion tube flying out due to the impact when the appliance falls. Furthermore, since it can be realized with a simple configuration without adding any special parts, it has great advantages in terms of production.
