<Problems that the invention aims to solve> However, this conventional type requires a dedicated blower fan for the dust collection unit, which has the disadvantage of requiring a large number of parts and high costs. In order to remove dust, etc. from the combustion air supplied to the combustion air, a suitable mesh mesh filter was installed, as in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 10319/1983, but this filter alone was not sufficient to remove fine dust, etc. It passes through and cannot be removed, and it is supplied to the combustion burner together with the combustion air, causing a crackling sound during combustion and clogging the burner.
Alternatively, they had problems such as hindering the formation of a clean combustion flame.

<Means for Solving the Problems> This invention focuses on this point, and in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, in particular, the configuration is modified such that the combustion fan 12 that supplies combustion air to the combustion burner 4 has a On the downstream side of the filter 13, an electrostatic dust collection unit 16 is provided which charges fine dust and cigarette smoke in the air and removes them by attracting them to a dust collection electrode piece 19.

<Function> When the combustion fan 12 is driven to start heating, the indoor air from which relatively large dust particles have been removed by the filter 13 of the suction port 14 flows into the ventilation path 15 as combustion air, and then passes through the dust collection unit. 16, fine dust and cigarette smoke are further removed, and the clean air is supplied to the combustion burner, resulting in a clean combustion flame without crackling noise or clogging of the burner part during combustion. It is extremely convenient because good combustion can be carried out and the heating effect can be enhanced, and the indoor air can be purified at the same time as good combustion is carried out.

A voltage of about 100% is applied between the discharge counter electrode 20 and the discharge electrode 21 (negative discharge), and suspended matter such as fine dust and cigarette smoke in the air that flows in through the intake port 14 when the combustion fan 12 is driven. is charged, attracted and adsorbed to each dust collection pole piece 19 and removed, and clean air is supplied to the combustion burner 4 as combustion air.Furthermore, by this negative discharge, part of the oxygen O2 in the air is removed. When the ozone reacts and combines with oxygen O 2 in the vicinity, O 2 → (O) + (O) O 2 + O → O 3 as shown in the following equation, and unstable ozone O 3 is generated.
Reference numeral 24 denotes a handle which is fixed to the dust collecting unit 16 and is used to take out the dust collecting unit 16 from the outlet 25 on the upper surface of the frame 1 in order to wash the dust collecting unit 16 with water for cleaning or the like.

If the combustion fan 12 and the solenoid valve 27 are energized now, the combustion fan 12 will start operating and after removing large dust from the indoor air through the filter 13,
The air is sucked in through the suction port 14 and supplied to the combustion burner 4 as combustion air via the ventilation path 15.Furthermore, the electromagnetic valve 27 supplies fuel supplied from the fuel tank 3 to the combustion burner 4, and ignites it with an appropriate ignition means. Then, the combustion burner 4 starts combustion, and if the hot air fan 9 is driven at the same time as this combustion, the hot air generated by the combustion of the combustion burner 4 is released into the room from the air outlet 11, and a good hot air is generated. It is used for heating. Furthermore, at this time, in order to perform an air purifying action, if electricity is started to be applied to the dust collection unit 16, the indoor air that has flowed into the ventilation path 15 through the suction port 14 will pass through the dust collection unit 16. As a result, fine dust, cigarette smoke, etc. are removed and the air becomes clean. This process is repeated one after another to purify the indoor air, and after this air purification, the clean air is passed through the ventilation path 15 as it is. Since the combustion air is supplied to the combustion burner 4 as combustion air, no fine dust is mixed in, and there is no crackling noise during combustion or clogging of the burner part, resulting in a good combustion flame. Furthermore, since the dust collection unit 16 here is of an electrostatic type and generates unstable ozone O 3 during operation, this ozone O 3 is supplied to the combustion section to satisfy the following equation: It easily combines with harmful carbon monoxide, which is generated during combustion, to become harmless carbon dioxide, CO 2 , and can promote safe and complete combustion.

(CO) + (O 3 ) → CO 2 + O 2 <Effect of the invention> In short, this invention has the advantage that air is removed in the middle of the air blowing path 15 of the combustion fan 12 that supplies combustion air to the combustion burner 4 and on the downstream side of the filter 13. An electrostatic dust collection unit 16 that charges the fine dust and cigarette smoke inside and attracts and adsorbs it to the dust collection electrode piece 19 to remove it.
Because it is equipped with It is possible to reliably prevent problems such as clogging of the burner and crackling combustion noise caused by dust and cigarette smoke mixed in the combustion air, and ensure a good combustion flame at all times. It can perform combustion, and since the combustion fan also serves as an air cleaning fan, it has the advantage of not requiring a dedicated fan, requiring fewer parts, and being able to provide the product at low cost.
