[Problems to be solved by the invention] In the conventional filter devices disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Application Publications No. 61-89730, No. 61-89731, No. 61-89732, and No. 61-89733, has a vertical lattice that allows the collected oil dirt to easily flow down to the oil pan located below the filter device, but as the oil dirt flows down, the degree of dirt increases towards the bottom of the filter element, causing clogging of the filter element. There were problems in that the filter pressure loss did not proceed evenly, resulting in uneven filter pressure loss, and the appearance of dirt was noticeable.

Furthermore, in the conventional filter device disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-34224, there is shown a lattice in which the right-slanted lattice and the left-slanted lattice intersect in front of the suction opening. Similar to the case with the vertical and horizontal grids, the accumulated oil climbed over the intersections and dripped down to the filter surface below, resulting in the same problem as in the case of the vertical grids.

[Operation] In this invention, since the grid is diagonal,
The exposed part of the filter element is not continuous above and below, but is divided into several parts, and dirt can be moved in an extremely narrow range, preventing dirt from accumulating in a single part of the filter element. It can be guided downward sequentially along the inclined plane of the grid.

[Embodiment] FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3 all show a filter device for a ventilation fan as an embodiment of the present invention. The filter device consists of a frame body 3 formed by integrally molding a grid 2 connected at both ends to a rectangular frame portion 1 that defines a suction opening, and a filter element 4 that is integrally stretched on the back surface of this frame body 3. , is detachably mounted vertically on the front surface of the ventilation fan body 5 by means of upper and lower holding parts 6 provided on the front surface of the ventilation fan body 5. Thin wall portions are formed on the top and bottom of the frame portion 1, and side walls are formed on the left and right sides, respectively. The lattice 2 is composed of a plurality of parallel ribs, and each rib is connected to the frame 3.
It is installed at an angle to the The cross-sectional shape of each rib is generally triangular in shape, with the upper surface in the attached state forming a downwardly sloped slope 7 toward the front and thinner toward the front (see FIG. 3). The front surfaces of the ribs and frame portion 1 are approximately on the same plane, and the front surface of frame portion 1 of each rib
A recess 8 is provided at each joint portion with the other (see FIG. 2). Note that the lower one of the upper and lower holding parts 6 on the side of the ventilation fan main body 5 also serves as an oil receiver for receiving oil stains.

Therefore, the filter device of this example has the ventilation fan main body 5.
It can be attached to the holding part 6 on the front side of the fan like a door stand, and all the air sucked in by the operation of the ventilation fan passes through the filter device. Oil droplets and the like contained in the sucked air are collected by the filter element 4 and adhere to the filter element 4 as oil stains. The fluid oil stain gradually flows down the four surfaces of the filter element. The oil stains that reach the ribs of the lattice 2 by flowing down are guided to the front part of the rib by the slope of the slope 7, and travel along the front part of the rib to the lower side of the rib. When the oil stains that have reached the lower part of the ribs are large enough to cross over the recesses 8 of the ribs, they are transmitted from the recesses 8 through the frame 1 and are finally received in the holding part 6, which also serves as an oil receiver, in which the filter device is fitted. will be done.

The above-mentioned movement of oil stains cannot be achieved in a natural state or in a vertical lattice, but is made possible by the filter device of this embodiment, in which the lattice 2 is oblique and has inclined surfaces 7 and recesses 8. This allows the staining of the filter element 4 to progress almost uniformly over the entire area, preventing uneven staining, and furthermore, the filter element 4
This has the advantage that there is no non-uniformity in pressure drop. That is, since the grating 2 is diagonal, the exposed portion of the filter element 4 is not continuous vertically but is divided into several parts, and the oil stains can be moved in a very narrow range, so that the oil stains can be spread over a wide range. The dirt is no longer accumulated in a portion of the filter element 4, and the entire filter element 4 has approximately the same degree of contamination. Therefore, the dirt is not evenly distributed in appearance, so that the dirt is not noticeable. Furthermore, oil stains on the sloped surface 7 of the rib are usually not visible due to interference with the lower surface of the rib, or are hardly noticeable even if they are visible, since the mounting position is usually higher than eye level.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, the filter device of the ventilation fan of the present invention has a frame section that partitions the suction opening, a frame body provided with a plurality of grids that contact the inside of this frame section, and a frame that contacts the back surface of the grids. The plurality of gratings are all arranged inclined in one direction with respect to the frame, and the upper surface of the grating in the installed state is a downwardly sloped slope facing forward. Because of this, the exposed part of the filter element is not continuous above and below, but is divided into several parts, and dirt can be moved in an extremely narrow range, so dirt from a wide range is not accumulated in one part of the filter element. The dirt can be successively guided downward along the slanted surface of the grid. Therefore, the degree of contamination is uniform and not noticeable, the clogging of the filter element progresses evenly, the filter pressure loss does not become uneven, and the contamination is not conspicuous in terms of appearance.
