(57) [Summary] (Corrected) [Structure] Inorganic fiber heat insulating felt 2 is wrapped around a steel column, steel beam, etc. to hold it in close contact, and at a certain distance from this, it is composed of type steel 4. A steel frame anti-vibration fireproof coating method in which a fireproof heat insulating plate 10 such as a gypsum board is attached to the outside of a rectangular tubular frame. [Effect] Since the fireproof insulation board is not directly fixed to the inorganic fiber-coated steel frame but is independent, the force of the steel columns, steel beams, etc. is not transmitted directly to the fireproof insulation board even if the earthquake or building shakes. In addition, the fireproof heat insulating plate is not damaged or fallen off, the heat insulating property is maintained, and the fireproof performance can be maintained without spoiling the aesthetic appearance. Inorganic fiber felt is combined with a non-breathable fireproof insulation plate against fire to improve fireproof insulation.

In the former dry or wet fireproof coating method, not only a spraying machine is required, but also mortar mixing and uniform spraying on site require skill, and the time and effort required for construction are high. In addition, there is a problem that the mortar and fiber materials scatter and affect the human body and stain the surroundings. At the same time, the fire-resistant coating of the steel frame and the wall body are integrated, so if the steel frame shakes, the joint part with the wall Peeling off fireproof coating,
There are some problems such as falling off and the fire resistance cannot be maintained.

The latter method of forming a molded plate is a method of applying a fireproof coating while assembling a fireproof heat insulating molded plate produced in a factory at a construction site. In this method, there is no problem as described above and However, since the molded plate is attached directly to the column or fixed to the steel frame, the molded plate is attached to the angle, etc. due to structural fluctuations, peeling of the adhesive due to earthquakes, etc. Due to damage, etc., the fire resistance cannot be maintained, which is a problem. Also, since the weight of each molded plate is heavy, it takes a lot of work to connect it, and the foundation work becomes large,
Currently, it costs money.

In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57-197349, a felt material formed mainly of inorganic fibers is used as a fireproof coating material for coating a steel frame, and the felt material is fixed to the steel frame by a pin or a stud. A method is disclosed in which a hooking member such as a bolt is formed by welding means, and a steel frame for preventing the felt material from coming off is covered with a refractory material at the tip of this member. However, the felt material formed by using inorganic fibers such as rock wool and glass wool as a main material cannot be applied to a place where fire resistance of 1000 ° C. or higher is required.

[0006] In view of this, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 156459/1987 discloses a fire-resistant coating material obtained by laminating rock wool felt or glass wool felt as a base material on which ceramic fiber felt is laminated and integrally molding the ceramic fiber felt on the outside. There is disclosed a fireproof coating method for attaching to a steel frame. However, in a fireproof coating in which only these inorganic fiber felts are attached in close contact with the steel frame, the inorganic fibers themselves do not respond to heating by a hot air flow such as convective heat transfer like a fire, probably because of voids between the fibers. Even if it has heat resistance, the temperature of the steel frame itself may rise and exceed the allowable steel material temperature of 350 ° C., which requires a thickness of the refractory coating, resulting in a problem that it becomes heavy. In addition, in the case of apparent columns and the like, a surface material is required.

From this point of view, the applicant of the present invention previously disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-296946 that an inorganic fiber felt was directly wound around a steel frame and closely adhered thereto, and a fireproof heat insulating plate was fixed to the steel frame to prevent an earthquake or shaking of a building. We proposed a vibration-isolated fireproof coating method for low-rise buildings, which is difficult to be damaged or fallen off by absorbing the vibration such as with inorganic fiber felt. The present invention is intended to improve the present invention for buildings such as high-rise and super-high-rise buildings where the steel frame shakes greatly.

The present inventors have combined an inorganic fiber felt and a fireproof heat insulating plate to increase fireproof heat insulating property, and contact a corner of a steel frame with a mouth-shaped, U-shaped or L-shaped spacer. Even if the fireproof heat insulating plate is fixed through this, it may be damaged by the earthquake because the fireproof heat insulating plate is attached in close contact with the steel frame against shaking of the steel frame, and Since the pillars are fixed by fasteners, it is found that the pillars expand and collapse due to heating, and the pillars are damaged, and the fireproof insulation plate floats and cracks. The inventors have found that the problem can be solved by providing a shock absorber on both ends of the steel material and the pillar material, and completed the present invention.

The present invention is characterized in that the fireproof coated steel frame and the fireproof heat insulating plate are not in close contact with each other, and a gap is provided therebetween. When a building shakes due to an earthquake or the like, the fireproof heat insulating plate is not directly attached to the through steel frame to which force is applied, and the fire resistant heat insulating plate is independent. It is light in weight overall, the force applied to the building is not directly applied, and the square steel and the fireproof insulation plate have a much similar specific gravity compared to the steel frame, and they shake together when shaking. The movement and the force applied to the mounting pins or the stud bolts can effectively prevent the fireproof heat insulating plate from being damaged or dropped.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the fireproof coating method of the present invention, since the inorganic fiber felt, which is relatively weak against convective heat transfer of fire, is combined with the fireproof heat insulating plate having low air permeability, the fireproof heat insulating property is improved. Since the fireproof insulation board is not directly fixed to the covered steel frame but the pillars are independent by the shock absorber, it is excellent in vibration isolation so that it will not be damaged or fall out even if an earthquake or building shakes. Since the parts do not fall off, it is possible to maintain fire resistance without impairing the aesthetics of the building.
