本考案は、ペン先を密閉する球状の弾性体を内

破損し、この弾性体破損片がペン先内に詰つてペ
ン先のインキ吐出性が阻害されたり、あるいは、
ペン先がばらけたり、折損したりするなど、ペン
先と弾性体との当接過多によつて生じる問題を、
複雑な構造とすることなく十分に抑制することが
