Diving into the deep sea where high pressure acts while breathing compressed air can cause various disorders such as nitrogen sickness and oxygen poisoning, so as a countermeasure, breathing helium mixed gas, neon mixed gas, or hydrogen mixed gas is recommended. It is known to be used as a gas. The same is true for pressurized air submersibles used in civil engineering and construction work, etc. In the case of pressurized air submersibles, the compressed air pressure in the work room is 3 kg/cm to keep the work room dry and maintain the atmospheric pressure in the work room. 2 or above, give workers in the work room a mixed gas such as helium, nitrogen, oxygen or neon, nitrogen, oxygen or hydrogen, a ternary gas of nitrogen or oxygen or helium, oxygen or neon, oxygen or hydrogen, oxygen. Two methods have been proposed for breathing reconstitution gas mixtures, such as binary gases.

The first method is to compress and supply the mixed gas instead of supplying compressed air into the working chamber. The second method is to use the mixed gas only as a breathing gas and use compressed air as a working environment gas to keep the working room dry and maintain the atmospheric pressure in the working room. In this case, as shown in FIG. 10, a plurality of mixed gas air pipes 3 provided in the working chamber 2 of the pressure submersible box 1 are connected to a mixed gas pipe 12 provided in the ceiling slab 11 of the working room 2. Mixed gas piping 12
is connected to a mixed gas supply source via a supply pipe 14 extending through the envelope surrounding wall 13, and a breathing mask 6 worn by workers in the work room 2 is connected to the mixed gas supply pipe 3, and compressed air Supply pipe 15
is made to protrude into the working chamber 2 through the box surrounding wall 13, and a flapper valve 16 is attached to the protruding end. In FIG. 10, 17 is a material lock connected to the upper end of the material shaft 18, 4 is a manlock connected to the upper end of the man shaft 19, 49 is a load water, and 50 is a material hoistway.

In the case of the first method, a very large amount of expensive mixed gas is used, so it is extremely uneconomical. In addition, in the case of the second method, when the worker pressurizes and depressurizes inside the manlock and when going up and down inside the manshaft 19, the worker has to breathe compressed air for a relatively long time. May cause health problems.

In the case of the first and second embodiments, the worker must move up and down the manshaft 19 under high pressure (the same pressure as in the work chamber), so he must carry the portable cylinder 38 on his back and move the manshaft 19 up and down.
The ventilation plugs 8 of the intake hoses 7 attached to the breathing mask 6 must be successively connected and converted to the ventilation sockets 9 of the large number of mixed gas supply pipes 44 provided inside the mask, which is complicated and requires the use of a portable cylinder 38. Alternatively, it is necessary to install a mixed gas supply facility in the man shaft 19 consisting of a pipe 43 and a large number of mixed gas supply pipes 44.
In the case of the embodiment and the fourth embodiment, since the worker can move up and down inside the manshaft 19 which is open to atmospheric pressure, the above-mentioned problems in the case of the first embodiment and the second embodiment can be solved. Moreover, since the worker does not have to go up and down inside the manshaft 19 under high pressure, the risk of contracting the disease is further reduced.

In the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, a worker can move up and down the manshaft 19 under atmospheric pressure at high speed using an elevator, so it is suitable for a deep pneumatic submersible.

Regarding thermal conductivity, which affects the dissipation of body heat, hydrogen is about 7 times that of air, and helium is about 6 times that of air.
Neon is about twice as strong as air. Furthermore, when a worker speaks while wearing a breathing mask equipped with a microphone, sound distortion occurs with hydrogen and helium, but almost none with neon.

According to this invention, a plurality of mixed gas air pipes 3 are provided in the working chamber 2 of the pneumatic submersible 1, and a mixed gas air pipe 5 is also provided in the manlock 4 of the pneumatic submersible 1, and each mixed gas air pipe 3,
A common ventilation socket 9 to which a ventilation plug 8 connected to the end of the intake hose 7 of the breathing mask 6 can be connected is connected to the end of the work chamber 2.
When working inside and pressurizing inside manlock 4,
In either case of depressurization, the worker can breathe the mixed gas, and therefore the worker will not be breathing compressed air for a long time under high pressure, so the worker will not be exposed to health problems such as nitrogen sickness or oxygen poisoning. In addition, the ventilation plug 8 of the intake hose 7 attached to the breathing mask 6 can be inserted into the ventilation socket 9 of the mixed gas supply pipe 3 in the work chamber 2 and in the manlock 4. The connection can be quickly made to the ventilation socket 9 of the mixed gas supply pipe 5, and the opening/closing valve 10 in the ventilation socket 9 is opened only when the ventilation plug 8 is inserted into the ventilation socket 9. Wasteful consumption of mixed gas can be prevented. In addition, especially in the case of this device, since the mixed gas supply pipe 5 is provided in the manlock 4, it is possible to shift to mixed gas breathing after reaching a certain pressure at the pressurization stage. Effects such as being able to prevent workers from suffering health problems such as decompression sickness due to breathing high-pressure air inside the manlock 4 can be obtained.
