Since the outer panel 2 is positioned based on the width l between the inner surface 2a of the outer panel 2 and the center O of the door glass 5, the outer surface 5b of the door glass 5
When the outer surface 4c of the sash main body 4 and the outer surface 4c of the sash main body 4 are made substantially flush, the outer surface 4c of the sash main body 4 and the outer panel 2
and become separated. Therefore, fixing by welding or the like as in the conventional method is not possible. For example, if you try to emboss the outer panel 2 side toward the inside of the vehicle so that it can be fixed, if you try to share the outer panel 2 with a door without a sash and a door with a sash, the embossing cannot be done because it cannot be used on the door without a sash.

There is a problem that the rigidity of the portion 4a decreases.

A door sash mounting structure in which the outer surface of the sash main body and the outer surface of the sash main body are substantially flush with each other, the door sash mounting structure is provided within the width of the sash main body, and is provided between the lower end of the sash main body and the upper end of the outer panel. The present invention is characterized in that the inner surface of the upper end of the outer panel and the outer surface of the door glass are connected by a connecting member that can be positioned at a predetermined interval.

is composed of an outer panel 2 and an inner panel 3 shown in FIG. The outer panel 2 and the inner panel 3 face each other, form a space A, and are joined together. Upper end 1a of door body 1
Outer panel 2 and inner panel 3 located at both ends
A roll-formed sash main body 4 is provided in the space A between the sash body 4 and the lower end 4a thereof. Outer surface 4 of the inserted part of the sash body 4
In the gap B between c and the inner surface 2a of the outer panel 2,
A coupling member 6 is provided integrally with the sash body 4. This connecting member 6 connects from the outer surface 4c of the sash main body 4 to the inner surface 2 of the outer panel 2.
A convex portion is formed to protrude toward the outer panel 2 side and has a width equal to the distance between the outer surface 5 b of the door glass 5 and the outer surface 5 b of the door glass 5 . The surface of this coupling member 6 that protrudes toward the outer panel 2 side, and the outer panel 2 that is in contact with the protruding surface
are joined by welding or the like, and the lower end 4a of the sash main body 4 and the outer panel 2 are integrally joined as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In this case, in this embodiment, the coupling member 6 is integrally formed with the sash main body 4, but the sash main body 4
If the lower end 4a of the outer panel 2 can be connected to the inner surface 2a of the outer panel 2, the present invention is not limited to this example.
It may also be provided in the gap B between the inner surface 2a and the inner surface 2a.

The other end on the opposite side is bent toward the inside of the vehicle as the sash main body 4 moves toward the inside of the vehicle. Further, the bent tip portion is shaped to be approximately parallel to the door glass 5 so that it can be easily inserted into the glass run 7. The end of the door glass 5 bent toward the inside of the vehicle is inserted into the groove of the glass run 7, and the door glass 5 is held in the sash body 4.

By converting the door glass and the sash body into a flat surface and positioning the gap between the sash body and the outer panel with high precision, the sash main body and the outer panel can be integrally connected, and there is no need to deform the outer panel, resulting in a sashless door. The outer panel can be shared between the door and the door with a sash. Furthermore, since the connecting member is provided within the width of the sash body, the connecting member can effectively improve the rigidity of the lower end of the sash body against folding stress in the inward and outward directions (the inward and outward directions of the door).
