ア押し棒先端の組み込み体にコアホルダを組みつ
ける組立溝面に垂直に上下し組み込み体に当接す
る面が梯形の凹状に形成されたストツパーと、ス
トツパーの前面にコア押し棒の押し込み側にコア
ホルダを保持する組立溝面に垂直方向に上下しコ
ア押し棒の押し込み方向の前面の2つのピンが外
方へ開口するよう動作する少なくとも4個のピン
からなるホルダピンと、前記ホルダピンの上方に
コアホルダをホルダピンに供給するホルダパレツ
トと、前記ホルダパレツトとホルダピンとストツ
パーとによりホルダセツト位置を形成し、ボビン
コアセツト位置で、コア溝に沿い移送された分割
磁性コアをボビン溝に沿い移送されたコイルボビ
ンに組み込み、組み込み体を形成し、コア押し棒
により組立溝に沿い組み込み体をホルダセツト位
置に押し、ホルダパレツトのシヤフトからホルダ
ピンに供給されたコアホルダをコアホルダ開口側
をホルダピンにより外方へ開口し、組み込み体を
コアホルダに押してホルダピンから組み込み体の
外周にコアホルダを移し、ホルダピンを組立溝面
より下げ、コア押し棒によりコアホルダを組みつ
けた組み込み体をストツパーに押し、M字型のコ
アホルダの開口側を前方へ伸ばして組み込み体に
コアホルダを組み込み、ストツパーを組立溝面よ
り下げ、コアホルダにより固定した組み込み体を
組立溝に沿いコア押し棒により押し出して、磁性
コアとコイルボビンとの組み込み体にコアホルダ
を組立てるよう構成したことを特徴とするトラン
