(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, foot protection and bank protection work as shown in Figure 7, water pounding work as shown in Figure 8, cutting and embankment slope pressing work as shown in Figure 9, 1st
In mountainside earth retaining work as shown in Figure 0, and channel formation work as shown in Figure 11, gabions or gabions have been used since ancient times to store and fix boulders, stabilize slopes, and provide water permeability. Futon baskets are used, but since wire is used as the main material for forming such baskets, they have poor durability and are problematic when used under strong repeated loads.

In addition, because there is no continuity with the adjacent gabion or futon basket, it lacks stability, and furthermore, the stone filling requires manual labor, making construction difficult.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention focuses on the fact that the problem with the above-mentioned conventional cage construction is that it uses wire as the main material, and in order to ensure durability, it is designed to The main material is a continuous bending bar in which the bent portions of adjacent members form a grid frame, and a grid is formed on the side surface by a combination of a flat bar and a continuous bending bar or continuous bending bars without intervening a spacer, It has been discovered that if the assembly bolt members are used to maintain continuity as a whole and are connected in the longitudinal direction of installation and in the stacking direction, it is possible to form masonry baskets that can be formed into various shapes and that can be mechanized for filling stones. The title, completed, and its gist is that it is a frame that can be filled with stones to form a masonry layer, and that the upper and lower surfaces of the frame are spaced apart from the surrounding frame at a constant interval. Flat bar
Upper and lower flat bar frame composed of FB 1, 1
On the other hand, the side surface of the frame body is constructed using a plurality of continuous bending bars 2 which are bent alternately in the vertical direction and extend laterally, and the plurality of continuous bending bars 2 are formed by an assembly bolt member 3. The upper and lower flat bar frames 1, 1 and the continuous bent bar 2 are assembled vertically by the bolt member 3 or by welding with the bolt member 3 so that vertically adjacent bent portions form a grid frame. The structure of the masonry cage is characterized in that the two are connected by an assembly bolt member 3.

In order to assemble the flat bar frame material FB forming the upper and lower flat bar frames 1, 1 and the continuous bending bar 2 while adjusting the dimensions of the squares that they constitute, the above-mentioned method is used as shown in Fig. 3. It is preferable that the assembly bolt member 3 is passed vertically through the continuous bending bar 2 so as to traverse the squares formed by the continuous bending bar 2, and connected to the upper and lower flat bar frame 1.

Furthermore, instead of connecting all of them with the assembly bolt members 3, continuous bending bars may be partially joined together by welding to form a face piece, and as shown in FIG. 2, vertically adjacent bending bar members 2 are stacked together and their abutting parts are welded and fixed, and the continuous bending bar 2 that is not fixed by welding is further stacked on the welded composite continuous bending bar 2, and the bolt member 3 is stacked.

The assembly form is as shown in Fig. 4 in order to make the masonry cage structure continuous in the installation longitudinal direction.
It is sufficient to connect the ends of the adjacent upper and lower flat bar frames 1, 1 with the assembly bolt members 3, and in order to continue the masonry cage structure in the stacking direction, as shown in Fig. 5. As shown in Fig. 4 above, the masonry cage structures may be stacked continuously in the longitudinal direction, and the upper and lower flat bar frames 1, 1 of both may be connected by the bolt member 3, or as shown in Fig. 6. As shown, the unit masonry baskets are stacked longitudinally and vertically, and the upper and lower flat bar frames of each unit basket are attached to the bolt members 3.

In Fig. 3, flat bars are arranged as the upper and lower frames 1 of the facepiece, and continuous bent bars 2 formed by continuously forming trapezoidal bent parts are arranged in six stages so that a honeycomb-like grid is formed. When stacking, a flat bar frame 1 is interposed between the third and fourth rows from the top, and between the fourth and fifth rows, and the center of the square is horizontally divided into two, and the remaining square is vertically divided into two. Bolt 3
3 is passed through the bent side of the continuous bending bar 2 and the flat bar frame 1, and is tightened and assembled.

Therefore, the height of the face piece can be adjusted by adjusting the number of stages in which it is assembled with the continuous bending bar 2 or the single face piece 20, and the length of the face piece can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the face piece with the flat bar frame 1.
It can be adjusted by horizontally connecting continuous bending bars 2. Furthermore, the grid size can also be adjusted by arranging the grid to be divided by the assembly bolt member 3 or the flat bar frame 1 or by changing the bending dimension of the continuous bending bar 2 according to the size of the filling stone. .

(Operation and Effect of the Invention) As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, the main materials are a flat bar and a continuous bending bar,
The grid is formed by a combination of easy-to-assemble flat bars and continuous bending bars without intervening spacers, so while making the most of the characteristics of a cage, it has excellent water permeability and flexibility. Not only can it be made durable as a permanent structure, but it is also possible to mechanize the filling of stones by creating a box with grids, whereas previously the filling was done manually. .

In addition, the same flat bars and continuous bending bars can be combined using assembly bolts or welded together to maintain continuity as a whole, and can be stacked horizontally or vertically in any position. We can form masonry baskets according to your needs.
Excellent on-site workability. Therefore, in combination with the effect that the mechanization of filling stones is possible, it is possible to shorten the construction period of various types of cage civil engineering work, and it is also possible to construct a stable permanent structure.
