These flooring materials have the advantage of being easy to install and allowing the creation of decorative patterns that suit the indoor atmosphere, but they also have the problem of being easily charged with electricity when walking, etc., and are susceptible to static electricity generation. There have been problems in that they may absorb dust and cause computer equipment to malfunction.

In order to solve these problems, the above-mentioned flooring materials have been widely proposed and implemented (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open Nos. 58-137903 and 58-137903).

However, because conventional conductive flooring is fixed onto the floor base using adhesive, this adhesive acts as an electrically insulating layer, preventing the electrical charge in the conductive flooring from being sufficiently grounded. First, there is a problem that the antistatic effect is not effectively exhibited.

However, in order to solve this problem, before laying the flooring material, a grounding conductor in the form of a mesh is laid on the floor base coated with adhesive, and conductive flooring material is laid and pasted on top of it. However, since conductive flooring is soft and has rubber-like elasticity, the unevenness of the ground wire will stand out on the surface of the conductive flooring, impairing its decorative quality. Another drawback was that the friction caused by walking caused local wear, making it unsightly.

In addition, since a conductor is interposed between the floor base and the conductive flooring, the flooring is likely to peel off from this area, and the adhesive may be applied to the contact interface between the conductor and the conductive flooring. There was a problem that the conductivity would be impaired to some extent because of the inflow of water.

In addition, when a conductive sheet has a structure in which a metal plate is laminated on the back side for grounding, the weight of the metal plate increases the weight of the entire conductive flooring material, and the rigidity of the metal plate makes it difficult to fold or roll the sheet. It has the disadvantage that it is either impossible to wind it, or even if it is possible, it is very difficult, making transportation and construction extremely troublesome.

Furthermore, due to the above-mentioned rigidity, it is difficult to manufacture a long conductive flooring material with a large area.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, this invention was made with the aim of providing a lightweight conductive flooring material that does not impair the conductivity imparted to the conductive flooring material, and that can be laid beautifully with good workability. It is something that

That is, the conductive flooring material of this invention has a conductive sheet mainly composed of rubber or synthetic resin, and on the back side of the conductive sheet,
The present invention is characterized in that a net-shaped grounding conductor made of metal foil is integrally buried with one surface of the conductor exposed so as to be flush with the back surface of the sheet.

The conductive flooring material 1 of this invention is a conductive sheet 1A mainly composed of rubber or synthetic resin, for example, as is conventionally known, rubber or synthetic resin is the main raw material, and a conductive substance such as metal powder or carbon is added thereto. A net-shaped grounding conductor 2 made of copper foil, aluminum foil, etc. is placed on the back side 1A' of a conductive sheet with an electrical resistance value of 10 10 to 10 5 Ω. It is constructed by exposing and burying it integrally so that it is flush with the surface.

In the conductive flooring material 1 of this invention, since the grounding conductor is in the form of a net made of metal foil, it is much lighter than that using a metal plate as the grounding conductor. Even in such a case, since the rigidity can be significantly lowered, the conductive flooring material 1 can be easily bent and rolled, making transportation and construction easier.

In addition, when laying the conductive flooring material 1 of this invention, as shown in FIG. If you do this, the work will be completed. At this time, since the conductive sheet 1A is exposed on the same surface as the grounding conductor 2 in the opening part of the net-like body, this surface increases the friction with the floor base and improves the adhesiveness. do better

As explained above, this invention uses a net-like grounding conductor with low rigidity, so the entire conductive flooring material 1 can be easily bent or rolled, making it possible to conduct electricity over a long and vast area. It is possible to continuously produce conductive flooring materials, and it is also easier to transport and handle the manufactured conductive flooring materials. When installing, the overall rigidity is low, so it easily conforms to the floor surface, and there is no need to install a separate ground wire, making it easier to transport and handle the manufactured conductive flooring materials. It can be installed using the same method as for flooring materials, making it extremely easy to install.

In addition, since the grounding conductor 2 is embedded in the sheet 1A, the mutual electrical conductivity is very good, and after installation, the grounding conductor can have a beautiful surface without causing unevenness on the surface of the flooring material. sheet 1
Since A is exposed at the opening part of the grounding conductor 2, the surface friction of that part prevents slipping during installation and improves the adhesion of the adhesive.

Furthermore, since the grounding conductor 2 can be directly grounded, it has various practical effects such as being able to almost completely prevent static electricity from being charged.
