It was formed by loading a core material such as a feather core on the back side of a folded surface material, and then adhering the backing material to the back side of the core material. In such conventional examples, even if the interior is made of a core material such as a feather core, the surface material is made of wood and the appearance is good. The front side had sharp edges, making it impossible to finish the rounded surface, and the interior was made of core material such as a feather core, making it prone to warping.

This is designed to be bent by inserting a cylindrical center core inside the bent part, and by aligning it along the cylindrical center core, it can be made into an R surface, but this is the structure of Utility Model Application No. 52-83207. However, there is a problem in that only a cylindrical core having a diameter sufficiently smaller than the thickness of the panel can be inserted, and it is not possible to finish the rounded surface with a gentle curvature.

To provide a method for manufacturing a door panel that can be finished and is hard to warp at the center core.

点を解決したものである。DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The method for manufacturing the door panel of the present invention involves longitudinally drilling central core insertion grooves 2 with a substantially semicircular cross section on both sides of the back surface of the surface material 1, and forming core insertion grooves 2 with a cross section of approximately 1 mm on both ends of the back surface. /4 A circular core holding groove 3 is drilled in the longitudinal direction, and a core insertion groove 2 is drilled in the longitudinal direction.
A bending groove 4 having a substantially W-shaped cross section is bored between the core holding groove 3 and the core holding groove 3, and a roughly cylindrical core 5 is inserted into the core insertion groove 2 to form the core insertion groove 2 on both sides. The first side piece 7 between the core insertion groove 2 and the bending groove 4 with respect to the main body piece 6 between them.
At the same time, the second side piece 8 between the bending groove 4 and the core holding groove 3 is bent at a right angle.
Fold it back so that it overlaps with the inner surface of the core material 5, and place the core holding groove 3 into contact with the core material 5. Then, load the core material 9 between the second side pieces 8 on the back side of the main body piece 6, and place the backing material on the back side of the core material 9. 10, and by configuring it as described above, the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved.

is made of wood and is a long board that is long in the longitudinal direction. First, as shown in FIG. 2a, a core insertion groove 2 and a bending groove 4 are formed on the back side of the surface material 1 in the longitudinal direction.
and a core holding groove 3 are bored. The core holding grooves 3 have a substantially 1/4 circular cross section and are located at both ends of the surface material 1, and the bent grooves 4 have a substantially W-shaped cross section and are located inside the core holding grooves 3. The core insertion groove 2 has a substantially semicircular cross section and is located inside the bending groove 4.
Next, the substantially cylindrical core 5 is inserted into the core insertion groove 2 of the surface material 1. In this embodiment, the core 5 is formed by extruding an adhesive into a cylindrical shape. Next, as shown in FIG. 2b, the center insertion groove 2 of the surface material 1 is
The first side piece 7 between the core insertion groove 2 and the bending groove 4 is bent at right angles to the main body piece 6 between them, and the second side piece 7 between the core holding groove 3 and the bending groove 4 The side piece 9 is the first side piece 7
The core holding groove 3 is brought into contact with the core 5, and the first side piece 7 and the second side piece 8 are fixed with the tassels 11. When this surface material is bent as described above, it is heated, and the core 5 is somewhat melted by the heat of this heating, and the main body piece 6, the first side piece 7, and the second side piece 8 are adhered to each other. Ru. Next, as shown in FIG. 2c, a core material 9 such as a feather core is loaded between the second side pieces 8 on the back side of the main body piece 6, and glued if necessary, and then as shown in FIG. 2d. A backing material 10 made of wood is placed on the back side of the core material 9 and bonded. In this way, the door panel A is formed as shown in FIG. 1, and has a rounded surface at the corner portion on the front side. Edge edge materials are bonded to both ends of the door panel A in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, when the backing material 10 is bonded, a step D as shown in FIG.
With this, the cut end surfaces on both sides of the backing material 10 will not be exposed at all.

ある。〓Effects of the Invention〓 As described above, the present invention has core insertion grooves having a substantially semicircular cross section formed in the longitudinal direction on both sides of the back surface of the surface material.
Core holding grooves with a cross section of approximately 1/4 circle are bored in the longitudinal direction at both ends of the back surface, and a bent groove with a substantially W-shaped cross section is bored between the core insertion groove and the core holding groove. Insert a substantially cylindrical core into the core insertion groove, and make the first side piece between the core insertion groove and the bending groove perpendicular to the main body piece between the core insertion grooves on both sides. At the same time, the second side piece between the bending groove and the core holding groove is folded back so as to overlap the inner side of the first side piece at the bending groove.
It is possible to easily form a rounded surface at the center core on the bent part on the surface side of the surface material, and it is possible to obtain a door panel with a beautiful finish at the bent part, and moreover, the rounded surface is formed at the center core. is reinforced, the R surface becomes stronger, and the door panel is less likely to warp at the center core.
In addition, insert the core into the core insertion groove with a roughly semicircular cross section,
Due to the structure in which the core holding groove with a cross section of approximately 1/4 circle at the end of the second side piece is brought into contact with the core, the diameter of the cylindrical core can be made sufficiently larger than the thickness of the surface material. By enlarging the diameter of the core, it is possible to strengthen it strongly, and at the same time, it is possible to finish it into a rounded surface with a gentle curvature.
