``Problems to be solved by the invention'' However, in the case of such adhesive type, there is a problem that the anti-corrosion member easily peels off, and for this reason, engaging protrusions and grooves are provided on the joint surface of the pipe joint and the anti-corrosive member. A method of mechanically connecting them together has also been considered, but this method has another problem of lack of reliability.

The core 3 is formed of an elastic resin such as olefin-based polybutene resin or vinyl chloride, and the large diameter outer diameter portion 3b at the left and right center of the core 3 is integrally joined to the left and right center portions of the inner surface of the pipe joint 1. An annular relief groove 6 is formed at the corner of the large outer diameter part 3b and the small outer diameter part 3a, and when the pipe 5 is inserted into the pipe joint 1 and connected, the pipe joint 1
When the sealant 8 applied between the female thread 2 of the pipe 5 and the male thread 7 of the pipe 5 is supplied in an amount more than an appropriate amount, the excess sealant 8 is stored in the escape groove 6, and the core 3 is sealed by the excess sealant 8. It is configured to relieve pressure, prevent damage, and create a state similar to that of an embedded O-ring, thereby improving the sealing effect. Furthermore, the formation of the relief groove 6 improves the adhesion of the core outer diameter portion 3a to the inner circumferential surface of the tube 5 when the tube 5 is inserted and coupled, and the relief groove 6 is formed. As a result, the wall thickness of this groove 6 becomes thin, and the outer diameter portion 3a extending from this groove 6 to the end side is made flexible, so that when the tube 5 is inserted and connected, the pressing force can be used to lever the groove 6. When the thin wall portion is inwardly compressed, the outer diameter portion 3a is conversely expanded outward to improve the adhesion of the core outer diameter portion 3a to the inner circumferential surface of the tube 5. It consists of In this case, when the sealing agent 8 accumulated in the escape groove 6 is under pressure and presses the thin portion of the groove 6 inwardly, the effect is further enhanced.

By the way, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a pipe joint 1 to which the large outer diameter portion 3b of the core 3 is joined
A through hole 9 for integrally connecting the core is provided on the inner joint surface 1a of the
At two locations 180 degrees opposite each other on the joint surface 1a, at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction,
A flat protrusion 10 that bulges inward is integrally formed,
The through hole 9 is formed in the center of the projection 10 in the longitudinal direction of the pipe joint 1. and the pipe joint 1
When integrally molding the core 3 inside the tube, the resin of the core 3 is filled up to the through hole 9, and the portion where the protrusion 10 is formed inside the through hole 9 is buried in the resin. The core 3 is configured to be integrally connected to the joint 1.

This embodiment is constructed as described above, and when the pipe 5 is connected to the pipe joint 1 and the pipe is in use, the inner peripheral surface of the pipe 5 is lined with a lining material 11 such as polyethylene or vinyl chloride. In addition to being protected against corrosion, the connecting end of the pipe 5 is protected against corrosion by the core 3, and the occurrence of red rust on the pipe 5 can be prevented.

When the pipe joint 1 and the core 3 are integrally connected, the resin of the core 3 is filled up to the through hole 9 of the pipe joint 1, and the protrusion 10 forming portion inside the through hole 9 is filled with the resin of the core 3. Since it is embedded in a state where it is wrapped in the resin of
Even when the core 3 contracts or when an unreasonable pushing force is applied to the core 3 when connecting the pipe 5, the core 3 does not separate from the pipe fitting 1 or move, and therefore the pipe fitting By integrally holding the core 3 in the pipe 1, corrosion protection for the pipe 5 can be ensured.

"Effects of the Invention" As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention provides pipe end anti-corrosion members 3, 3c and 3d that cover the connection side end surface and inner peripheral surface of the pipe 5 connected to the pipe joints 1, 1c and 1d.
is integrally provided on the inner periphery of the pipe fittings 1, 1c, 1d.
A through-hole 9 for entangling the anti-corrosion member to connect the outer circumferential parts of the anti-corrosive members 3, 3c, 3d to the inner circumferential parts of the anti-corrosive members 3, 3c and 3d.
Since pipe fittings 1, 1c, 1
d and the anticorrosive members 3, 3c, and 3d are integrally intertwined with each other through the through hole 9, thereby reliably preventing their separation from each other, and is therefore an extremely simple method. Pipe fittings 1, 1c, 1d
This can improve the anti-corrosion effect of the pipe end of the pipe 5 connected to the pipe.
