However, in the conventional lining fabric 12 for boots as shown in FIG. 7, the toe has a triangular pyramid shape with an acute angle, so the fabric gathers at the tip 12a due to the end of the seam. When boots are manufactured using this rubber boot lining fabric 12, the lumps come into contact with the tips of the toes, making it uncomfortable to wear.In particular, in boots, the tips of the toes generally touch the tips of the toes of the boots. Not only does this "lump" make the shoes very uncomfortable because it is in close contact with the
There was a problem in that the seams were easy to unravel, resulting in poor durability. Furthermore, in the conventional boot lining fabric 12 as shown in FIG. 7, the intersection 12b of the seam between the torso covering piece 10 and the foot covering piece 11 is located at the heel, so that it is susceptible to strong pressure from the heel. Intersection 1 due to friction
There was also the problem that the sewing thread easily came undone from 2b, reducing durability and making it uncomfortable to wear.

As a result of intensive study to solve the above-mentioned problems with the conventional lining for boots, the inventor of the present invention created a front half-sole covering piece with a rounded tip to follow the shape of the toe, and a bottom center piece. The part has an inverted V-shaped resection part whose lower end reaches the lower side edge and the tip forms an arc, and the part has a shape that covers the part other than the part of the front half of the sole from the edge of the toe to the lower part of the ankle. If the foot covering piece and the foot covering piece are continuous at one side edge and the two foot covering pieces are sewn together, a "lump" will not occur at the tip of the toe, and The present invention was completed by discovering that there is no intersection of seams in the heel.

As described above, the boot lining fabric according to the present invention having such a configuration includes a foot covering 4 that covers from the toe to the ankle, and a torso covering 6 that covers above the foot covering 4.
are sewn together to form a sock-like shape, and as shown in FIG. Since the toe edges 2c and 3c are aligned and sewn together, the toe edges are rounded as shown in FIG. The sole fabric piece 1 for the sole half of the foot does not become uncomfortable due to the formation of a "clump" of fabric gathered due to the end of the sole, and the sole fabric piece 1 is connected to the front half of the sole piece 2 and the leg cover piece 2. Since the piece 3 is continuous and integrated at one side edge, the punching operation with a cutting die is only required once, and the continuous portion (in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the edge 2a, After bending at step 3a), the side edges (in the illustrated embodiment, side edges 2b and 3b) of the discontinuous portion are aligned, so that the side edges (in the illustrated embodiment, side edges 2b and 3b) are easily sewn together. As well as making it possible to
When the torso cover 6 is sewn together to form a sock-like shape, there are fewer intersections at the seams, making it more comfortable to wear, and problems caused by unraveling at the intersections at the seams are also eliminated. Furthermore, since the lining fabric for boots according to the present invention does not have a seam intersection in the heel region,
This eliminates the drawback of conventional lining fabrics for boots, in which the sutures at the intersections come undone due to strong pressure and friction from the heel, and the comfort of wearing them is improved.

In addition, there is a side edge 2b or 2a of a discontinuous part in the lower center part of the front half of the sole part 2 on the opposite side from the toe edge 2c.
An inverted V-shaped cutout part 2d is provided, and the ends of the cutout part 2d are the lower side edges 3d of the flap cover piece 3. If the suture is continued after the suture site, the suture line will be in a straight line and the "clump"-like part caused by the end of the suture will move to the toe side and disappear, further improving the comfort of the shoe. It is more preferable to do so. In addition, the sole half covering piece 2 and the foot covering piece 3

When the lower end opening 6a of the shoe is sewn to form a sock-like shape, it is more preferable to use a staggered stitch in terms of comfort since no protrusions are formed along the stitching line as in lock stitches.

As detailed above, the lining fabric for boots according to the present invention is
Since the toe is rounded and the suture line runs along the edge of the toe, the tip of the toe of boots manufactured using the lining fabric for boots according to the present invention has a seam due to the end of the seam. This eliminates the formation of "clumps" of fabric, and as a result, even when the toes touch the toes of the boots, there is no rough feeling like in conventional boots, making them extremely comfortable to wear. Problems caused by parts coming undone are also eliminated.

Furthermore, in the boot lining fabric according to the present invention, since the lining fabric piece for the foot covering is made of one piece made of two continuous covering pieces, the manufacturing efficiency of the lining fabric piece is good. It has the following effects: it is easy to suture as a part cover, and there are fewer intersections of seams when suturing, making it more comfortable to wear and eliminating the disadvantages caused by unraveling of the intersections of the seams. This improves durability and comfort, and has great practical value.
