(Prior Art) Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 3, there has been a vehicle radiator 3 including an air conditioning condenser 2 on the front side of the vehicle body of a radiator core 1. In such a vehicle radiator 3, the radiator main body 4 includes a radiator core 1 and radiator tanks 6 and 7 provided at the upper and lower ends of the radiator core 1. It is fixed to the vehicle body frame via a provided mount portion 8. On the other hand, the air conditioning capacitor 2 is fixed to the vehicle body via mounts 9 provided on both sides and the lower side (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 58-24415).

(Problems with the prior art) By the way, such a conventional vehicle radiator 3
In this case, the radiator body 4 and the air conditioning condenser 2 were each fixed to the vehicle body separately, so there was an air space between the radiator body 4 and the air conditioning condenser 2, as shown in FIG. 10 will be formed. Therefore, while the vehicle is running, a part of the air that enters from the front grille and passes through the air conditioning condenser 2 passes through the air portion 10 and flows into the radiator body 4.
The air flows to both sides of the vehicle body, reducing the amount of air passing through the radiator body 4, resulting in a problem in that the cooling efficiency of the engine may be reduced.

Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is to improve engine cooling efficiency by guiding the air that has passed through the air conditioning condenser to the radiator body without letting it escape.

(Technical means for solving the above problems) In order to solve such technical problems, in the present invention, the radiator tank provided at the upper and lower ends of the radiator core is used for the air conditioning. extending to the condenser side, bringing the upper surface of the air conditioning condenser into close contact with the lower surface of the radiator tank provided at the upper end of the radiator core;
The lower surface of the air conditioning capacitor and the upper surface of the radiator tank provided at the lower end of the radiator core are brought into close contact, and both side surfaces of the air conditioning capacitor and the radiator core are connected and fixed. Fixing plates are provided to close the gaps formed on both side surfaces of the radiator core.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the vehicle radiator 11 according to the present embodiment, both side surfaces 16 of the radiator core 5 and both side surfaces 17 of the air conditioning condenser 2 are approximately fixed by the fixing plate 12, respectively. The entire structure is covered and connected and fixed. As shown in FIG. 2, the upper surface portion 13 and lower surface portion 14 of the air conditioning condenser 2
and is arranged closely to the lower radiator tank 7. That is, in this embodiment, the air conditioning condenser 2 is attached and fixed to the radiator body 4 via the fixing plate 12, and the radiator body 4 is mounted on the mounts provided on the upper radiator tank 6 and the lower radiator tank 7 as in the conventional case. It is fixed to the vehicle body frame by section 8.

Therefore, in the vehicle radiator 11 according to this embodiment, the radiator main body 4 and the air conditioning condenser 2
The upper radiator tank 6 and the lower radiator tank 7 are in close contact with the upper surface 13 and lower surface 14 of the air conditioning condenser 2, and both side surfaces of the air conditioning condenser 2 and both side surfaces of the radiator core 5 are fixed. They are connected and fixed by a plate 12, and the peripheries of the radiator core 5 and the core 15 of the air conditioning condenser 2 are substantially sealed.

Therefore, in this embodiment, almost all of the air that enters through the front grille and passes through the core 15 of the air conditioning condenser 2 while the vehicle is running passes through the radiator core 5 and becomes cooling air without escaping. This cools the engine.

(Effect of the invention) Since the present invention has the above configuration,
The radiator tank seals the upper and lower sides of the air conditioning condenser and radiator core, and the fixing plate seals the gap on the side of the air conditioning condenser and radiator core, entering through the front grill and passing through the air conditioning condenser. The air can be guided to the radiator core side without escaping anywhere between the air conditioning condenser and the radiator core, and engine cooling efficiency can be improved.

In addition, the air conditioning condenser and the radiator core are sealed above and below by the radiator tank,
By fixing and sealing the sides of the air conditioning condenser and radiator core with the fixing plate,
The position of the filler net can be determined freely, increasing the degree of freedom in design.

Furthermore, as the radiator has been extended to the installation position of the air conditioning condenser, it has become longer in the front and rear direction, and the planar shape of the radiator tank has become larger.
The height can be reduced. And, due to the larger planar shape of the radiator tank,
When replenishing cooling water, the rate of rise in the liquid level can be made slower than in the past, and problems such as a replenisher accidentally overflowing the replenisher can be avoided.
