(3-2) Prior Art A non-reciprocal circuit element used in space communications, car telephones, etc. is a conductor plate having two or three terminals, on both sides of which a pair of ferrite plates are attached.
The main part is sandwiched between a pair of shield plates, and a magnet is attached to the outside of the shield plates, and is inserted into a case. However, since there is an increasing demand for miniaturization of the above-mentioned equipment in recent years, it is naturally necessary to miniaturize the non-reciprocal circuit element itself. Furthermore, since the performance of magnets has improved dramatically in recent years, the need for miniaturization has been further accelerated, and the applicants have proposed various improvement plans to make this possible.
For example, examples of this include Utility Model Registration Application No. 181613 of 1985 and No. 181614.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating a conventional nonreciprocal circuit element. In the figure, a non-reciprocal circuit element 1 has a main part 11 (not shown) mounted on an insulating substrate in a case that is a combination of a pair of substantially U-shaped upper cases 2A and lower cases 2B. However, it is necessary to take out the terminal 12 of the conductor plate to the outside, and in order to prevent a short circuit between the terminal 12 and the case 2A, a predetermined gap 3 is placed between the upper case 2A and the insulating board. However, if the equipment is used in a poor environment, dirt and moisture can enter through these gaps, reducing the performance of the nonreciprocal circuit elements and impairing their durability. In particular, since there is a magnet inside the case, pieces of magnetic material may be attracted to the case, causing a short circuit between the case and the terminal. In addition, there have been cases in which paper insulating material has been attached to this part, but this has the disadvantage of being sensitive to moisture and lacking in durability.

(3-3) Problems that the invention aims to solve The invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional nonreciprocal circuit elements, prevents the intrusion of dust and moisture, does not deteriorate performance, and improves durability. It is an attempt to provide a large non-reciprocal circuit element.

(3-4) Means for solving the problems and their effects The present invention solves the above problems by configuring the nonreciprocal circuit element as follows. In other words, a substantially U-shaped upper case and a lower case are combined to form a box-shaped case, an insulating substrate and a main part of a non-reciprocal circuit element are fixed to the inner bottom of the lower case, and the upper case is fixed to the inner bottom of the lower case. In a non-reciprocal circuit element whose terminals are led out from a rectangular gap formed between the edge of the side plate of the side plate and an insulating substrate fixed to the inner bottom of the lower case, the side plate of the non-reciprocal circuit element is The outer height dimension is larger than the inner height dimension of the upper case side plate by approximately the height of the gap. inserting a roughly U-shaped resilient resin cover, bringing the edge of the side plate of the cover into contact with the terminal and the insulating board;
The non-reciprocal circuit element is characterized in that the gap is sealed.

It is preferable that the side plate of the cover has a stepped portion that engages with the side plate of the upper case, and that the magnet mounting portion is provided with a hole, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this.

By configuring the non-reciprocal circuit element in this way, there will be no short circuit between the case and the conductor terminals, and the ingress of dust and moisture will be prevented.The performance of the non-reciprocal circuit element will not deteriorate and its durability will also be improved. It is possible to increase it.

(3-5) Examples Examples of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a non-reciprocal circuit element according to the present invention. In the figure, a non-reciprocal circuit element 1 is constructed by housing its essential part 11 in a box-shaped case that combines a pair of U-shaped upper case 2A and lower case 2B. There is a resin cover 4 on the inside between the case and the main parts.
has been inserted. A label printed on aluminum foil or the like is pasted almost entirely on the top surface of the case 2A.

The main part 11 has a pair of ferrite plates in contact with both sides of a conductor plate having three terminals, which are further sandwiched between a pair of shield plates, and a magnet 13 is attached to the outside of the plate. (In the figure, only the magnet 13 of the main parts 11 is shown disassembled, but the other parts remain assembled.) The parts other than the magnet part are made of an insulating substrate 5. The insulating substrate 5 is fixed to the inner bottom of the case 2B.

The cover 4 is made of resin and has a U-shape, and has a hole 4A formed at the top thereof to engage with the magnet 13. Further, a step 4B is provided on the side thereof, the upper part 4C of which is inserted into the inside of the upper case 2A, and the height of the lower part 4D is approximately the same as the height of the gap 3 explained in FIG. As a result, the upper case 2A and lower case 2B are assembled with their edges pressed against the surface of the insulating substrate 5 (see Figure 2 (partially hatched in a sectional view showing the assembled state). is omitted).
