上方へ取出し上方のマグネツトコンベアに吸着さ
せてマグネツトコンベアによつてブランク材をプ
レス機械へ供給する方法が採られた。この方法で
はプレス機械へのシート供給が迅速に行われるこ
とができる。しかしマグネツトを使用するのでマ
グネツトに作用する磁性体シート即ち鉄板のみを
吸着、搬送可能であり、アルミ板やステンレス板
等の非磁性体シートの搬送は不可能であつた。

り出す毎に上方に伸長するように自動的に作用す
るリフタ2が床面に設置されており、パイリング
シート1の一側に沿つて床面上に設置された図示
しない機枠に取付けられたマグネツトセパレータ
3が配設されている。

しない機枠にハウジング14の長手方向に対して
略垂直にかつ相互に間隔をおいて2つのバキユー
ムカツプユニツト9が付設されており、バキユー
ムカツプユニツト9は第2図によつて説明するブ
ロア(真空ポンプ)13に接続されかつパイリン
グシート1を1枚づつ吸着可能にかつバキユウム
カツプユニツト9は全体として昇降可能に構成さ
れている。ベルトコンベア4のマグネツトプーリ
5の外方にシート1を加工機械に供給するための
ピンチローラ対10が配設されている。

ートに対してもブロアによる吸着作用を併用する
こともできる。シート1はコンベアベルト7に吸
着された形で1ピツチステツプ送りされてベルト
7の走行方向(矢印A)に従つて図示のシート
1′の位置に、そして次のステツプ送りにより対
のピンチローラ対10にシート1″の状態で送り
込まれる。このピンチローラ対10から図示しな
い加工機械にシート1″が送り込まれる。

テツプ送りとが同時に行われるので、シートの搬
出速度の増大も得られる。マグネツトレールによ
る吸着装置とブロアによる吸着装置とを併設した
構成によりシートの搬出速度が一層増大される。
また非磁性体シートの搬送も磁性体シートの搬送
と同等の速度で行われることができる。既設のマ
グネツトレール式のシートフイーダを本発明によ
り非磁性体も搬送可能とするためにマグネツトレ
ールの取替作業により簡単に改造可能である。
