er) are laminated and bonded mainly in parallel with each other in the fiber direction, and laminated and laminated.
veneer laminates are called structural materials and construction materials for wooden houses, doors and door frames, and casings, door-stops, furniture surface materials, frame materials, leg members, and ceilings. Used as daily necessities such as surrounding edge materials, floor skirting boards, cupboard pedestals, surface materials, doors, counter tables, and other hardwood structural materials that also serve as decorative materials.

After cutting into pieces, a rotary race is used to cut the pieces to a thickness of about 2 to 3 mm to produce veneers of a predetermined length, and the obtained veneers are dried with a dryer. The directions are parallel to each other and are laminated with an adhesive to form a laminated material, and the laminated material thus obtained is subjected to cold pressing and temporary pressing, and then hot pressing to heat pressing or simply continuous pressing. The entire laminated material obtained by press working is smoothed, cut into a predetermined width, and sanded only on the surface portion to obtain LVL.

Therefore, it is difficult to obtain a smooth veneer even if the veneer obtained by the known method is dried with a dryer while applying pressure, and such a wavy veneer is laminated using an adhesive. However, the adhesion between the veneers is not good. Further, it is extremely difficult to obtain a laminated material which is entirely smooth even if the laminated material laminated with an adhesive is subjected to cold pressing and hot pressing, or simply subjected to continuous pressing.

Thus, a long veneer having the same fiber direction as a whole is formed. The obtained long veneer is cut into a predetermined length in the fiber direction to form a laminated plate material having a seam, and a plurality of the laminated plate materials are laminated and bonded with the fiber directions parallel to each other to form a laminated core material.

However, knots and cracks are not formed in a range in which the quality and strength of the laminated core material are not inconvenienced. A veneer having can also be used. All such laminated core materials have a seam, and a single plate having seamless seams is laminated and bonded to the surface of the laminated core material to form a single plate laminated material.
The veneer to be laminated and adhered to the surface of the laminated core material is not particularly limited in its material and thickness as long as it is seamless, and therefore, it is the same or different veneer as the laminated plate material constituting the laminated core material. The laminated core material may have the same thickness as the laminated core material, or may be a single plate having a thickness of about 0.5 mm.

In addition, in the method for manufacturing each veneer laminated material, the constitution of the laminated core material is a state in which a plurality of laminated plate materials obtained by cutting a long veneer having a seam into a predetermined length have their fiber directions parallel to each other. Are laminated and adhered as a laminated core material, but a plurality of single plates having long seams are laminated and adhered in a state where the fiber directions are parallel, and then cut into a predetermined length in the fiber direction and laminated. It can also be used as a core material.

However, the veneer 5 that has undergone the drying step has a wavy roughness as a whole as shown in FIG. Therefore, in order to eliminate the undulation and smooth the whole, the single plate 5 to be used is alternately passed through a hot press and a cold press to form a dense single plate without unevenness on the front and back surfaces.

The backup roll 17 allows the pressure bar 15 to always have a set pressure even when the log material 10 is cut by the rotary race blade 14 and the diameter thereof is gradually reduced, and is cut by the rotary race blade 14. This is for ensuring that the veneer 16 always has a constant thickness.

As a result, the veneer is exaggerated in FIG. As shown, there is a wavy roughness in the vertical and horizontal directions. If the veneered rough veneer 5 is used as it is, it causes a bonding failure in the bonding step described later and the work efficiency is extremely deteriorated. After that, these are laminated in a state where the fiber directions are parallel to each other and pressed to be integrated to form a laminated core material 3. In manufacturing the laminated core material 3, a single plate having relatively small knots and light cracks can be used as long as the quality of the obtained single plate laminated material 1 is not extremely deteriorated. The laminated core material 3 is formed by laminating a plurality of laminated plate materials 2 having a plurality of joints a, and the thickness thereof is determined by the veneer laminated material 1 to be obtained. There is no limit.

Since the seamless single plate is integrally bonded to the surface layer of the laminated core material with the fiber direction of the laminated core material parallel to the fiber direction, the bonding of the laminated plate materials is extremely strong and the quality is good. Since it has no variation in mechanical properties, it can be used in a wide range of applications such as construction, industry, and daily necessities.

Since the surface of the log material is pressed by a pressure bar for cutting, the obtained rotary veneer has very few cracks, the yield rate in veneer production is very good, and The quality of the plate laminated material can be further improved. In particular, rice logs made of deciduous trees are extremely easy and inexpensive to obtain, so that a large amount of high-quality veneer laminated materials can be provided at low cost.

A method for producing a single plate laminated material, which comprises the following steps (a) to (e): (A) A step of manufacturing a thin rotary veneer by cutting a log material with a rotary lace, while pressing the surface portion of the log material to be cut with a knife with a pressure bar. (B) After cutting the obtained rotary veneer into a predetermined length,
This is a process in which hot pressing and cold pressing are performed alternately to smooth the entire rotary veneer. (C) A step of symmetrically obliquely cutting the edges of both ends of the smoothed rotary veneer in the fiber direction to form an inclined cut surface on the edges. (D) A step of forming a long veneer by adhering a plurality of rotary veneers having symmetrically cut inclined surfaces at the edges of both ends with the same fiber direction and corresponding inclined cut surfaces bonded to each other. (E) A long veneer is cut into a predetermined length in the fiber direction, and a plurality of laminated plate materials having seams obtained are laminated and bonded with the fiber directions of the respective laminated plate materials being the same, and the surface laminated plate is also used. The process of polymerizing and bonding a thin single plate that is seamless to the material.
